Dr. Ayoubi is honestly the worst doctor I have seen. He initially tries to put you at ease and gain your trust, but then tells you that you need a very large amount of product, justifying it based on your ethnicity, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable.
You quickly notice that his prices are not fixed and are not available on his website and for a reason. They seem to be adjusted depending on the patient. If you experience any issues with the treatment, you are forced to go through his assistant, Molly, who is extremely arrogant and never calls back.

I strongly advise anyone considering treatment at LMA Clinic to think very carefully before committing. My experience was disappointing and extremely costly. I strongly advise anyone considering treatment at LMA Clinic to think very carefully before committing. My experience was disappointing and extremely costly.

I had Sculptra and laser treatments for acne scarring and saw no noticeable improvement. Whenever I raised concerns, I felt dismissed by staff, who kept insisting that results were visible even though nothing had changed. Instead of listening, they would bring additional staff members over to tell me everything looked fine, which felt rehearsed and unhelpful.

Although the doctor is friendly and charismatic, it came across as more showmanship than genuine patient care. Pricing was inconsistent, with each session costing something different. When I wasn’t seeing results, I was encouraged to book even more treatments, despite already spending thousands of pounds.

The PA and receptionist were cold in their approach, and at no stage did I feel supported. When I expressed my concerns, they were shut down rather than addressed.

After my experience, and seeing that others have had similar issues, I would urge potential clients to be cautious. I regret my decision and wish I had gone elsewhere. Show less »

Very disappointed with this clinic. We showed up for our appointment, only to be told it was canceled after we had already arrived — with no prior notice at all. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the doctor didn’t even meet us or say hello. My mother tried to explain that her English isn’t very good, but instead of being understanding, they kept saying “yes you do” and then hung up the phone on me. To make things worse, they didn’t even reimburse us for the transportation costs after wasting our time and money. This was a completely disrespectful and unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this clinic at all!!!!!!!

I booked a hydrafacial package. First session was great so continued to come however after session 2 & 3 I notified really really bad pigmentation build up around my nose. This has taken a very long time to treat. I was told it was just bruising and was given no apology at all. I have 1 more session left but every time I went back, I would feel nervous in case I left with my skin in a worse condition.

I don’t have the best skin and I am fine with that. The purpose of a hydrafacial is a deep clean basically. I was left with really bad pigmentation on my nose for months. I was given no apology, the person who done my facials (Esra) did not even call to explain why this has happened. Instead, because I’m dark skinned, my complexion was blamed. I was left feeling embarrassed, and made to feel like I was making a big deal out of nothing. But in reality, I believe my concerns should have been handled more seriously and carefully.

I understand that everyone’s skin reacts differently and some are more sensitive than others, however, I think that the people dealing with this could have been a lot more sympathetic of the situation rather than telling me ‘it’s just bruising’ and blaming my
Complexion. The therapist was very harsh when doing the extractions hence why it led to pigmentation, not bruising as I have had a chemical peel at a different clinic to treat what your therapists have done. Show less »

Avoid. This place has the weirdest vibe around money - they don't tell you prices and try to hide prices from you. They act offended when you ask or question the price of anything. I did a consultation and as I was booking my appointment and leaving (after the consultation w doctor - in which she quickly mumbled the price at the very end), the desk-person told me I had to buy their skincare products before I could book the appointment. I said I've done these kinds of skincare treatments many times before and don't need any new products at home (it's a facewash they make you buy for around a hundred pounds). The doctor then came out and confirmed I have to buy it before the appointment - I told them both it was weird they didn't mention that in my consultation when they went over costs. I then asked the doctor to confirm the final cost of my appointment and assure me that I don't need to purchase any additional products from them - she confirmed. The day I did my treatment, I went to pay and it was 100pounds more than I was told. I raised this issue, and the desk-person said it was because the moisturizer I needed was another 90 pounds. I asked 1) why she's charging me an extra hundred if it's 90 (she had already tried to quickly change the number on her side to match what she just quoted), and 2) that I don't want or need that moisturizer and was told last time I can use the products I have at home. The doctor came out again and insisted I had to buy the product. SUPER SKETCHY AND WEIRD VIBES. Weird because I've paid more at other clinics and haven't minded, and also was willing to spend money for multiple treatments here, but the fact that these people are so weird about money and try to haggle and finesse you over like you won't notice, lie to you, etc. I won't be surprised if this place ends up on one of these "actually a scam" netflix shows soon.
