Leven Vale Dental - Invisalign & Implant Dentistry in Stockton-on-Tees

I have been a patient since 2007. I would not go anywhere else. Kareem and his team are amazing. I had a titanium post screwed into the bone today and the care and attention was amazing.

It would have significantly improved my experience had the process been clearly explained from the outset. I believe the practice could have communicated the steps involved more effectively. Despite requesting an earlier appointment several times due to ongoing pain, I waited over two months to be seen, only to be informed that I required a referral to another clinic. Since then, I have been awaiting further communication regarding the next steps.
I would have appreciated greater empathy and urgency from the clinic, particularly given that I was in pain. It is concerning that it took over a month simply to arrange a referral. A more timely and compassionate approach would have made a considerable difference to my experience. Show less »

I was very pleased with my treatment today. Was nervous about having teeth removed and a new denture made. All went well and i am happy with the result's Dr Bushra Mushraq and her assistants made me feel relaxed. An excellent team

Young lady in reception was really friendly and welcoming on arrival. My new dentist after my previous long term dentist left was Bushra Mushtaq. Really nice lady. Chatty which I like and sorted issues with my mouth very quickly. Very impressed!

I had a wonderful experience. Dr Bushra was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and was very professional throughout. Couldn’t ask for better—highly recommend!

Very friendly staff.was seen promptly.Just having a 6 monthly check up.Years ago a check up would consist of teeth being checked for any problems and finished off with a good clean,nowadays that doesn't seem to happen,just a quick spray with water,after teeth and gums checked.

Best dentist I’ve ever visited. All of the staff are great and the experience is excellent from how you’re greeted to the treatment you receive. Would recommend them to anyone.

A great experience. On time for both my check up and scale and polish, everyone is really friendly and has a chat which is great and prices are very transparent and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience at a hygienist appointment today at Leven Vale Dental. Special thanks to the Hygienist Aleena, Sedona, Vinnie and Sana. Aleena and Sedona explained everything at the beginning to make sure I was aware and comfortable, they then completed the treatment professionally and checked throughout to make sure I was okay. Vinnie helped with the procedure as well to ensure everything went smoothly, while Sana was the friendly face at reception pointing me in the right direction. I can’t thank Dr Bushra and Nurse Sammy enough. I have just finished my Invisalign treatment and I’m so happy with the results. Both of the ladies were so lovely and made me feel so at ease at all my appointments. Superb service as always particularly from Moneeb who is a quality quality dentist . Reception staff and dental nurses also very good.
So very disappointed that Moneeb is leaving - his professionalism and calmness along with the consummate customer care make him such a wonderful dentist.

Dr Moneeb Ahmad at Leven Vale is friendly and explains what he’s doing, which is very reassuring. The reception staff are also helpful and friendly.
Going to the dentist will never be my favourite thing, but Leven Vale has made the experience a whole lot easier.

I only joined here earlier this year, but have been for a routine check up with Joe (like nothing I’ve had before, talk about thorough!), and currently having a mixture of aesthetic and functional treatments with Kareem. Everyone’s brilliant. Incredibly welcome, friendly and professional. Super happy I registered 🙂
