I recently underwent breast reduction surgery, something I had been considering for many years. Since my teenage years, I struggled both physically and emotionally, often feeling embarrassed and deeply unhappy with my situation. Making the decision to go ahead with surgery was not easy, but it has been truly life-changing.

From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. The entire team was professional, supportive, and genuinely compassionate throughout the process. I would especially like to thank Alex and Kadie, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and reassured every step of the way. Their kindness, understanding, and professionalism made such a difference during what was a very personal journey for me.

I am incredibly grateful for the experience and could not have asked for better people to support me through this. Thank you for helping me regain my confidence and improve my quality of life. Show less »

Fantastic clinic, all the staff are professional and friendly. Clinic has a calm atmosphere.

She analysed my skin health (which was in a pretty bad way after such bitterly cold weather followed by indoor heating) and recommended the best treatment plan for me. I see Khatra for my treatments, and she is exceptional. She always takes the time to explain each procedure clearly, making sure I feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. There’s never any pressure—just honest advice and a friendly, calming approach that really puts you at ease.

The clinic itself is immaculate, and it’s clear they hold themselves to very high standards in every aspect of what they do. I’ve been consistently pleased with the results of my treatments and completely trust the team with my care.

Khatra is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your results. She always takes the time to listen, explain everything properly, and make sure you feel comfortable with whatever treatment you’re having. I’ve had a few different skin and aesthetics treatments and have always been really happy with the results.

The whole team is so friendly and professional—they really make you feel at ease and well looked after. It’s clear they’re passionate about what they do, and it shows in every part of the experience.

The theatre was a small walk along the corridor and I believe quite new with all new equipment. The theatre staff on the day were friendly and I really felt at ease knowing I was in their care. I couldn't be happier with how the procedure went. I have had Cathy as my nurse and I've loved the continuity of care as Cathy is the only nurse I see on a weekly basis.
