Yesterday I had the most amazing facial with Victoria. She analysed my skin health (which was in a pretty bad way after such bitterly cold weather followed by indoor heating) and recommended the best treatment plan for me. Yesterday I had the most amazing facial with Victoria. Warm and welcoming when I arrived at the clinic by the ladies on reception. I seen Khatra who is so Lovely, she was very informative before my procedure and made me feel relaxed. Will be returning.

Victoria was so reassuring throughout the treatment and did the procedure quickly but also very meticulously. I see Khatra for my treatments, and she is exceptional. She always takes the time to explain each procedure clearly, making sure I feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. There’s never any pressure—just honest advice and a friendly, calming approach that really puts you at ease.

The clinic itself is immaculate, and it’s clear they hold themselves to very high standards in every aspect of what they do. I’ve been consistently pleased with the results of my treatments and completely trust the team with my care.

Khatra is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your results. She always takes the time to listen, explain everything properly, and make sure you feel comfortable with whatever treatment you’re having. I’ve had a few different skin and aesthetics treatments and have always been really happy with the results.

The whole team is so friendly and professional—they really make you feel at ease and well looked after. It’s clear they’re passionate about what they do, and it shows in every part of the experience.

I couldn't be happier with how the procedure went. I have had Cathy as my nurse and I've loved the continuity of care as Cathy is the only nurse I see on a weekly basis.
