I attended Koha Clinic for several months and saw Milena, who was excellent and genuinely cared about my skin. I had regular Hydrofacials with her and followed the product advice she gave.

On my final appointment, Milena was called to another clinic and I was treated by Karolina instead. Without proper discussion, she carried out a DermaQuest Resurfacer instead of the Hydrofacial I had booked. I told her during the treatment that my skin was burning and felt very hot, yet she did not stop or remove the product.

Since this appointment, my skin barrier has been significantly damaged. Five months later, I am still dealing with ongoing issues and have had to seek help from a private dermatologist.

What is most disappointing is the complete lack of response from the clinic. I have messaged multiple times asking what products were used so I can get appropriate medical help, and I have been ignored. It is clear that the appointment was continued despite my discomfort to avoid losing payment.

Milena was fantastic and I would recommend her personally. However, due to the way this situation has been handled and the clinic’s refusal to respond when I needed help, I would not return to Koha Clinic or recommend it. Show less »

I'm now fortunate to have Claire as my aesthetician and, I have to say, she’s absolutely brilliant and incredibly helpful. I just had the most amazing facial at Koha by Karolina, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, Karolina made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly personality. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs.

The facial itself was so relaxing & my skin already feels refreshed. She explained every step of the process and gave great skincare advice without any pressure.
