Extremely disappointing service. Charges for a cancelled appointment, failure to call back despite repeated requests to try and resolve and rebook the appointment. Only interested in making money rather than professional service.

I had my first implant appointment today and I was extremely nervous! But I didn’t need to be as I was in the best hands ! Paul was brilliant really reassuring and all went super smoothly!

I recently had some cosmetic work done by Dr Tan, he was amazing! I now have the most perfect natural looking smile. Dr Tan took exquisite care of my natural teeth before applying veneers to my top set, they couldn’t be further from Turkey teeth. Can’t recommend him enough! Thankyou Henley Reach Dental 🦷

I have been with this practice for over 20 years and been delighted with the quality of care . During that time I have never missed an appointment so very disappointed that I now have to pay in advance in case of cancellation. I find that a bit insulting

Great clinical care. Just wish that Sheila the orthodontist was there every Friday. Hard to get appointments when needed. This affects continuity of care and has caused some issues in my treatment. No reflection on her skills though.

Had a front tooth bridge fitted today and really pleased. Tom is such a personable young man and really takes his time to put you at ease throughout the whole process.

Great service - friendly, super-helpful. Lovely building as long as you can climb stairs! Feeling positive about moving to this dental practice.

I am really disappointed how I've been treated by this dentist. At the start seemed all good but once they know that you suffer with any form of anxiety with dental work they treat you as an unvalued customer. Been let down 4 times now with making appointments then comes to the day they pretend they have no record of which totally wastes my time. Asked to sp... Show more »

It was our first appointment here and we're so glad we moved. The kids were put at ease straight away and, to be honest, so was I. The staff were all really friendly, helpful and approachable.

Very nervous prior to two treatments but Yusur and her nurse were so very reassuring. Everything was explained clearly and reassurances given. Throughout the procedures I was repeatedly asked if I was comfortable. In short, my anxiety was addressed sensitively and treatment was carried out with skill and precision. I am extremely grateful.
