She always takes the time to manage my expectations, and I have never felt anything other than completely confident that I’m in safe, trusted hands.

I was booked in for a Fire and Ice Facial with Manuela, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was gentle, confident, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. She recommended treatments and products that would suit my skin and explained everything clearly.

The treatment never felt rushed, and even during the extractions she was incredibly thorough while being very gentle. The following day, my skin had a gorgeous glow, my makeup sat much better, and the breakouts I had were significantly reduced.

Visited the clinic this morning to have a milia cyst removed by Manuela. The milia was on the inner corner of my eye, next to my tear duct, and had been bothering me for a while. I almost can't believe how easy and straightforward my appointment was... I was in and out of the building within five minutes. It's a lovely premises with good parking, easy to find and the team were very kind about the fact I was a few minutes late due to some questionable weather.

Manuela was so friendly and warm whilst also being extremely professional and efficient. The procedure was clearly explained and over within a minute, no fuss and limited discomfort. I felt completely at ease and in good hands! Brilliant!

Very pleased to have found Manuela. I had seen her when you were based in Harpenden town centre. She is an excellent, experienced technician. Extremely solicitous, thoughtful and caring. I felt entirely at ease with her throughout the treatment.
