Visited the clinic this morning to have a milia cyst removed by Manuela. The milia was on the inner corner of my eye, next to my tear duct, and had been bothering me for a while. Visited the clinic this morning to have a milia cyst removed by Manuela. The milia was on the inner corner of my eye, next to my tear duct, and had been bothering me for a while. I almost can't believe how easy and straightforward my appointment was... I was in and out of the building within five minutes. It's a lovely premises with good parking, easy to find and the team were very kind about the fact I was a few minutes late due to some questionable weather.

Manuela was so friendly and warm whilst also being extremely professional and efficient. The procedure was clearly explained and over within a minute, no fuss and limited discomfort. I felt completely at ease and in good hands! Brilliant!

Very pleased to have found Manuela. I had seen her when you were based in Harpenden town centre. She is an excellent, experienced technician. Extremely solicitous, thoughtful and caring. I felt entirely at ease with her throughout the treatment.

It’s always a pleasure coming to Harpenden Skin Clinic for a Hydrafacial. Manuela is a star and she always takes care of my skin! Her and the team are so friendly, the venue is very clean and it’s just a lovely place to visit overall. I would highly recommend for any skincare needs!

I feel like I've been on a journey to get clear skin and Manuela has been absolutely amazing at providing me with expert advice and care for the entirety of my journey. Her attention to detail, willingness to help and provide the best service is second to none. I've had the privilege of trying a range of facials, peels and microneedling at Harpenden skin clinic and can wholeheartedly say that I look forward to any treatment I receive from Manuela regardless of how painful I know it will be! She always makes sure I'm comfortable and provides me with great package deals so that I can recieve the best treatments for the money I am paying. Not only that, but she also offers brilliant skin care product recommendations tailored specifically for my skin issues. She goes above and beyond by even handing out samples before I make any purchases so I can shop with confidence. Manuela is one of the best in the business. She is so knowledgable, kind, and makes you feel like you’re in the safest hands during your appointment. I have been coming to see Manuela at the clinic for 3 years now and the experience is always excellent. Her knowledge and professionalism is outstanding and it’s why I travel from London just to see her - even though I could get the same treatments near me! My treatment was with Kate, who was exceptional. She has a wonderfully professional yet warm approach that made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Her expertise was evident in how she handled my treatment, and her gentle, caring manner really stood out.

The clinic itself maintains high standards of professionalism while still feeling friendly and welcoming. It's clear that making patients feel comfortable is a top priority for the entire team.
