From my very first introduction and consultation appointment, Jessica Round was exceptional. She took the time to truly listen, to understand the problems with my teeth, and to suggest solutions that were clearly tailored to my specific needs. Her approach immediately stood out. She was calm, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable, which put me at ease almost straight away. That reassurance was exactly what I wanted and needed at the start of what felt like a daunting journey.
The Invisalign process itself started very smoothly, from the initial consultations through X-rays and detailed inspections. Throughout the entire process, Jessica’s expertise consistently shone through. She demonstrated a deep level of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a clear commitment to getting the best possible outcome. Her dental assistant was also wonderful throughout. She was supportive, kind, and helped make every visit feel relaxed and welcoming.
My teeth were originally in a very bad state and presented a number of challenges along the way. Jessica tackled each issue completely unphased, coming up with thoughtful and often innovative solutions whenever bumps or hurdles appeared. What could have been stressful moments were handled with professionalism, patience, and care, which made a huge difference to my experience.
My Invisalign treatment continued for longer than originally expected, and at times I was concerned that I had outstayed my welcome! However, I could not have been more wrong. Every single visit, whether it was for a check-in, an adjustment, or a new aligner fitting, I was made to feel completely welcome and supported. That consistency of care never wavered, even over an extended treatment period.
The end result has far exceeded my expectations. I will be the first to say that my teeth are now perfect. The transformation is night and day compared to where I started, and I could not be happier with the outcome. It has genuinely been life-changing for my confidence.
