It has taken a long time (since 15 May 25) - but I have no complaints. Aneta has been excellent - caring, meticulous, not being satisfied until everything was right. She has explained what she was doing and why and has been very patient. I had been experiencing some pain; Aneta saw me this morning (14th) and alleviated much of that.

The whole team, including those in reception, has also been extremely professional and friendly. I never met the technical people but it was a technician who reported being dissatisfied - about midway through the process. We had to start over again - hence the long delay.

So, although I have yet to become comfortable with the denture (it’s only been 4 days) a sincere thank you from me. Show less »

I was phoned to tell me I could come in earlier which I was grateful for, but I don't think they told the dentist that the slot has now been filled.i was called In 25 mins late, only to find out that this appointment wasn't even held up by another patient, the dentist hadn't had a patient so I was waiting for the fun of it. I have recently started to be a patient at Ferndale after being dissatisfied at the treatment from my NHS dentist in Calne.
