The service is excellent. Clean well equipped clinic with professional, skilled and passionate staff. Margo is very experienced and has always been accommodating and kind.
All the treatments have helped a lot with my acne and it's repercussions. Would recommend.

I’ve been going to the Eastcote branch for a few months now, mainly for laser treatments, and I’ve been really happy with the experience. The customer service from Margo and Nishma is excellent – even though the clinic is quite busy, they’re always warm, friendly, and take time to explain the treatment process and aftercare clearly.
Booking appointments is straightforward, and they’ve been flexible when I needed to change my appointment at short notice, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that the services are quite pricey, even with packages.
Overall, it’s a clean and professional clinic with a wide range of services and personalised advice. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for quality treatments and friendly staff. Show less »

I tried three courses of SkinPen treatment which was recommended to me by the staff after a consultation. I have PIP marks from acne. I tried three courses of SkinPen treatment which was recommended to me by the staff after a consultation. I have PIP marks from acne. Nishma was really nice and made me feel at ease during each session and was lovely to chat with. The stars are for her great customer service skills.

Unfortunately I didn’t see any results even after 3 sessions and it gave me new spots which left more dark marks. I followed the aftercare instructions to a T and was very cautious as it’s the most I’ve ever spent on myself and my skin and I really was hoping for positive results. I wouldn’t rule out visiting again, but it was really disappointing to not have much progress after so much money was spent and nothing was offered when this lack of progress was mentioned. However, to reiterate, Nishma was skilled and lovely to chat with during each session.

Edit: Just seen their response to this review and I want to clarify I was told 3 sessions would improve my skin. I was not told to do 6 sessions either through messages or at my consultation. It was only after I had finished my last session that I was told to purchase a Hydrafacial and another 3 sessions which I thought was quite outrageous. I understand they want more business and customers to spend more, but even on the phone after I left this review, I was just told more things to buy. I didn’t feel there was much or any duty of care.

I was expressly told 3 sessions which is what I paid for and only after I had finished the course, was I then told I would need to purchase more. I’ve seen better progress with skincare at home.

I was generous in my review considering I paid hundreds for effectively nothing so I am disappointed they would respond in such a manner and twist the truth. Show less »
