My first time visiting Dr.Olivia, I was made to feel very welcome and the initial consultation was so relaxed much like a chat with a new friend, getting to know each other. My first time visiting Dr.Olivia,
I was made to feel very welcome and the initial consultation was so relaxed much like a chat with a new friend, getting to know each other.
Dr. Olivia talked through the treatment and products and what the outcome could be.
Advice was offered and I was given the option to go away and think about it.
My first appointment was made with Nurse Robyn who again got to know me and chatted openly about life instantly I felt relaxed.
The treatment went well and was painless, to be honest I have had the treatment before at another clinic so I was ready for any pain but honestly Nurse Robyn has the magic touch this was painless.
A follow up appointment was made and again the same treatment and advice with Robyn.
I am over the moon with my results.
