I just completed a course at Empire and I really enjoyed it so much. After suffering a very painful adult acne breakout My Dr was about to start me on a very high dose antibiotic and a long term course of treatment and when talked this through with Lauren she immediately identified a vitamin deficiency - within 48 hours of treatment with her my skin is pain free and noticeably improving.

I genuinely cannot recommend Lauren highly enough she is absolutely fantastic, such a lovely person who makes you feel completely at ease, her knowledge is absolutely outstanding and she has just saved me from wasting months going down a route that would have been unlikely to help.
