Really disappointing experience at Prana on Cowley Road. The receptionist was quite rude and told me she didn't know there was a class that night. Vicky clearly has a deep understanding and love of Ashtanga and this is evident in all of her classes. I’ve been to a few of Vicky’s workshops too and each time I have be been fully mentally restored. Prana Yoga is the quintessential Ashtanga Class in Oxfordshire. An absolute gem on all accounts. Great yoga studio for both hot and other types of yoga! The hot yoga is amazing for recovery and just fixes my injuries, while the other classes are great fun and allow you to have fun by doing all kinds of postures depending on your level. I had my first hot yoga session on Thursday with Vicky Roberts, and it was absolutely amazing!
She is an amazing and knowledgeable yoga teacher.
I really like the fact that she would come and adjust my poses and help me through the practice.

The studio is really nice and clean, there is also a shower in a changing room.

Great location. And for those who drive a car park is just right behind the studio, and prices start from £2.40 per hour.

Fantastic to find a properly hot Hot 26 yoga class again in East Oxford. Ben Minot's long experience as a teacher means his classes flow beautifully. It is a tough class, but I always feel amazing afterwards. It has really helped with my back pain and my mood. The studio is clean, well ventilated, there are hot showers and you can hire mats and towels if you need to. They have other yoga classes too but I love the Hot 26. Recommended. Show less »
