I highly recommend the Reformer Pilates classes at Prana, Cowley Rd. Jagoda is an knowledgeable, experienced instructor who checks in with each person before starting the class, gives clear instructions and helpful feedback.

The yoga teachers and classes are very good, but unfortunately the customer service is disappointing. The studio expected me to accept the consequences of an error on their side, and my complaint was not properly addressed.

Reformer Pilates is amazing definitely worthy of the hype. I discovered muscles I didn’t know existed. I can see how regular classes will definitely strengthen my yoga practice. The reformers at Cowley Rd are fantastic - and Jagoda a wonderful teacher, I’ve never tried them before but I am hooked! So nice to practice in a beautiful studio with 6 reformers - a bespoke experience.

Full disclosure - I am on the Prana team, but I’m still thrilled with my personal reformer experience here, truly!

Amazing classes, instructors and overall community !! I go almost 5 times a week and have tried most classes. They range a lot depending what you feel like doing that day ! Having Pilates and hot classes give nice variety. I also love that I can go to multiple locations. I love the atmosphere and the community. Would highly recommend!

Really disappointing experience at Prana on Cowley Road. The receptionist was quite rude and told me she didn't know there was a class that night. I was charged a pound to rent a mat, even though I had already paid the pretty expensive class fee. The mat smelt like feet. The studio hadn't been aired and also smelt bad. The speakers weren't working so we did... Show more »

Vicky clearly has a deep understanding and love of Ashtanga and this is evident in all of her classes. I’ve been to a few of Vicky’s workshops too and each time I have be been fully mentally restored. Prana Yoga is the quintessential Ashtanga Class in Oxfordshire. An absolute gem on all accounts. Great yoga studio for both hot and other types of yoga! The hot yoga is amazing for recovery and just fixes my injuries, while the other classes are great fun and allow you to have fun by doing all kinds of postures depending on your level. I visited Prana Yoga for the first time this morning – did Hot Power with Joy and absolutely loved it! It's been a long while since my last hot yoga session but this was the perfect reintroduction to it. I loved the sequencing and pace of the flow – it was the right amount of challenge for the heat. Joy's guidance and cues were perfect. Will be back!

I had my first hot yoga session on Thursday with Vicky Roberts, and it was absolutely amazing! She is an amazing and knowledgeable yoga teacher. I really like the fact that she would come and adjust my poses and help me through the practice. The studio is really nice and clean, there is also a shower in a changing room. Great location. I really like the fact that she would come and adjust my poses and help me through the practice.

The studio is really nice and clean, there is also a shower in a changing room.

Great location. And for those who drive a car park is just right behind the studio, and prices start from £2.40 per hour.

I Love Prana Yoga! Such a wonderful community with a great range of classes accessible to all practitioners. I enjoy both the hot and regular classes. The teachers are all excellent. I am so grateful that we have this studio in East Oxford!

I have been doing hot power yoga with Joy at Prana studio. I love the classes. They are challenging but at a perfect level. Joy is a wonderful teacher and gives really clear instructions. She makes the class relaxed and very friendly.
