Warm welcome at Elanic. I was really nervous going to my very first consultation appointment, I really didn't know what to expect It went better than I imagined in my head. Vivek my surgeon talked everything through with me, what I wanted & what I didn't like. Areas that bother me. What he could do. His manner is really relaxing and reassuring. Vivek brings a calming effect when he talks and a big smile, which helped me get over my nerves.
Free Consultation last 1hr. Photographs 3D Vectra Machine and measurements all taken. I felt I had all the information and was able to ask questions with ease.
There was no pressure to book it straight away.
Fast forward to September this year. I had Abdominal Surgery (tummy tuck) With 360 vaser lipo.
I was in and out same day, appointments weekly, can call anytime to speak with the nursing team book appointments if you want one. Nursing team are amazing and really do look after you. You definitely feel safe and cared for every step of the way. It was quite a surreal feeling afterwards, vulnerable with people very attentive and putting you first. I enjoyed the special treatment.

I haven't experienced that in a hospital setting but they really do have the bar raised.
I cannot fault them at all.
All my needs were taking care of and I looked forward to going to see them each week. Getting my dressings changed.
I am just over 3 months post op and I wish I done this years ago. My scar is great, I have healed really well with no issues.
I cant believe how small my waist actually is, I have a flat stomach. (previous C-sections) I can wear jeans,leggings, swimwear without the overthinking. It really looks amazing without sounding big headed. I have more confidence in what I'm buying now.
He really has totally transformed my life. I genuinely don't have anything negative to say about Elanic.
I had a really great experience, hospital is Spotless, staff all look after you and are polite & kind.
The morning of my surgery everyone was on the ball, I was asked the same list of questions by 3 different staff nurses which I liked as they were being thorough making sure there was no room for any mistakes. Attention to detail is up there for me. Photographs were taken then Vivek came round to see me before theater which I liked. I followed my instructions correctly for post op and I rested for the first 2 weeks. Worst part is how often you need to get up for Pee. I'm genuinely so glad I decided to stay at home (Glasgow) for my surgery and book with Elanic instead of going abroad for a cheaper price. You get what you pay for at the end of the day. Thankfully I had no issues in my 6 week recovery but imagine if it didn't go that way and your home needing to go back. For me personally its just not worth the risk.
My review was 3 months after my surgery with Vivek. He was pleased also. You really do feel supported. All is well.
I am Very Happy with my outcome.
I got 5 ⭐️ treatment and I have already had my consultation & I booked my 2nd Part of my surgery for my new boobs and I cannot wait.

However such a long delay left a bad taste in my mouth. Meeting went well but procedure was much more on the expensive side (double the price of some other places) of all other surgeries I had checked that specialise in gender affirming surgery. As I mentioned in my previous review, my appointment in May was cancelled just one week before and rescheduled for September. Now that I am back from summer holidays, the exact same thing has happened again: my appointment for this Tuesday was cancelled with only a week’s notice.

Apparently, the doctor only works one day a week, and the clinic is unable to manage a proper schedule. Patients who have been waiting for months are forced to change their plans at the last minute, with no real follow-up or monitoring of their recovery.

After my surgery, I was left with a visible, unpleasant scar, yet I have never received proper medical supervision. Considering how expensive this clinic is, the lack of professionalism and responsibility is even more unacceptable.

This has led me to decide not to attend any further appointments: a clinic or hospital that is run with such disorganization cannot be trusted to provide high-quality doctors capable of solving the problems they themselves create.

Not recommended at all. Overpriced and completely unprofessional. Show less »

I was told on numerous occasions that someone would ‘call me back’ to resolve this issue and every time it was me who had to chase them up. Very quick to take the money and not so quick to refund it. Professor Maen was professional yet approachable, striking the perfect balance that immediately put me at ease. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly, showing his depth of experience right from the start. During my examination, he was kind and gentle, and he recommended combining a couple of procedures to achieve a more balanced outcome. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he didn’t sugar coat or make promises just to secure the booking. Instead, he was realistic and transparent about what could and couldn’t be achieved, which gave me complete confidence in moving forward.

On the day of my procedure, every staff member I encountered was calm, friendly, and reassuring. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and safe. The hospital itself was immaculate, which added to the feeling of being in very safe hands.

After surgery, the nursing team were fantastic. They never left me unattended, ensured I was comfortable, and supported me until I was ready to be discharged. At my first post-op review, the nurse who cared for me was so attentive and gentle. She quickly spotted a potential infection, flagged it to my surgeon, and sent me home with antibiotics as a precaution—proving once again how thorough and caring the team are.

I honestly cannot fault the care I have received from start to finish. My results already look incredible—my incisions are neat, and I can see Professor Maen’s outstanding work shining through. Choosing Elanic for my surgery was the best decision I could have made, and I’m so grateful to everyone involved in my care. I can’t wait to see how my results continue to develop in the weeks ahead.

I had high hopes when I chose this clinic for CO2 ablative laser treatment to improve my scars, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After spending a significant amount of money and going through the painful recovery process, I have seen little to no improvement in my skin.

The doctor assured me that results would take time, so I waited patiently. I was told I would start seeing improvements around eight months after the procedure, but now, two years later, there has been no noticeable difference. I followed all post-care instructions diligently, yet my scars remain unchanged.

To make matters worse, when I voiced my concerns, the clinic was dismissive and uninterested in offering any real solutions. I regret trusting this place with such an expensive treatment, and I wish they had been more honest about the realistic outcomes. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for genuine results.
