Came across as a lovely lady. Told me what she would do to help and I advised what I wanted to be done. After procedure, she pointed out many things she ‘should’ve have done and how she would rectify this. But when queried, she denied everything she’d said and conveniently not written any of it in her notes. Would not recommend unless you go with what she wants regardless of your choice. Edit: complimentary appointments were generic follow ups. Unfortunately what was ‘noted’ and what I was told differ. I wasn’t asking for anything unrealistic, and you even agreed I could achieve what was discussed, and to then be repeatedly advised you could have done this and that different, and would rectify it, then to backtrack when offer taken up, left me disappointed and upset. Lots of money spent and trust given to feel completely let down and alone. I feel sad to be told you ‘should have done this this way, and wasn’t sure what to do as you couldn’t ask me due to anaesthetic’ to then be made out to be lying. Very upset and let down. Show less »
