Throughout our experience, Dr Ganta has provided a very professional, friendly, understanding service of care. He made it a point to address any concerns and fears we may have and there has also been a good follow up after the surgery. I would definitely recommend his expertise. Also just to note that the clinic is held to a very high standard of cleanliness and the staff go above and beyond to show hospitality and to make your visit there as pleasant and stress free as possible. I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. When I initially booked a consultation, I was told that the deposit would be refundable if I chose to cancel. After doing more research into the services offered, I realised that the treatment wasn’t suitable for me and decided to cancel ahead of time. However, despite being told otherwise, I was later informed that the deposit would not be refunded.
On top of that, the customer service I received was poor. I was given conflicting information and felt dismissed when I tried to clarify things.

This kind of miscommunication and lack of transparency is really frustrating, especially when you’re making health or cosmetic decisions that require trust and clear information.

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience. I hope they improve their communication and refund policy in the future so others don’t go through the same issue Show less »

I am so grateful for this amazing clinic and their services they offer. I go back regularly for iron IVs and never have had the better experience than in Edgebaston Wellness. The IV treatments are all delivered under the supervision and guidance of a Doctor ( I had the Glutathione and sometimes I also have the Vit C and B complex ( being a pharmacist I’m always intere...
