Saw Osama for travel vaccinations, he was very friendly and talked me through everything even offering extra advice for the trip. When I asked a question about my eczema he went above and beyond in explaining treatments and prescribing me more suitable medication than i had previously been using.

Warm professional visit, very thorough examination. I felt i had a voice and everything was explained fully. I felt respected as i was given time as the appointment was not rushed. I was also offered a follow up appointment to check if my diagnosis is clear. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you.

First time using the service. Amazing. Osama spent a long time with me, I went for an ear health check but he took a thorough relevant medical history due to tinnitus and made a referral to my GP to be seen in 48hrs which was actioned. First class service i will definitely use again!

The appointment was on time and thorough. I felt at ease and listened to with plenty of time to discuss the issue, no feeling rushed. It was informative and clear and I could ask for further clarification if needed. A treatment plan was made and detailed explanation of why the products were chosen for me and how they should help. I was really pleased with being able to have a follow up appointment booked in before I left the consultation. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend using it.

My appointment with Osama before Xmas was excellent. I had an asthma flare up and felt very unwell. Osama gave me detailed advice on increasing my pump usage and how to regulate my temperature so I felt more comfortable. In fact the appointment and advice was far more thorough than my local GP. This is a service I would definitely use again. Thank you!

Really impressed with the service provided. Booked my flu jab the day before and plenty of spaces available. Arrived - checked in - sat for a few minutes in a quiet waiting area and then had my jab. Totally stress free experience! Will do the same next year!

Excellent professional service from Osama when having the latest COVID jab. He explained everything to me and the paper work provided explained all about the symptoms etc. it's now 24 hrs later I've had no symptoms or pain etc. Great service from Osama and Medi hub

Good explanation of procedure and possible side effects as well as how to minimise any effects.

Great local pharmacy. The staff are friendly and helpful. My 15 month old recently had her chickenpox vaccination there, and the pharmacist, Osama, was excellent with her. I’d happily use their services again and would recommend them to others.
