Absolutely shocking. Started off well with Lauren then ended terribly. After 6 visits in total trying to sort my composite out, I still have issues. For months I couldn’t floss, had excess composites overhanging teeth, misaligned composites, scratches on teeth due to the cuts not being done correctly. Chips to numerous teeth after coming back and too to the dentist. I had been back numerous times to get these issues sorted as well as many other and my complaint did not get met. The solution was to get them removed by another dentist and they would pay an amount towards it. This place has cost me time and money with work and also a lot of stress.

They seem to think that by providing an offer they can do a terrible job. I chose this dentist under the impression of it being a top recommendation, even though the price for Invisalign was higher than other quotes.

Absolute shambles of a place, including the front reception who couldn’t seem to ever be polite and accommodate my needs.

I had a really tricky wisdom tooth removed that everyone else refused to take out. But AJ confidently took it out. And I couldn’t fault the whole experience. Great experience - the it starts with a warm greeting from the team on reception. On my recent visit I saw Gavin and then Vicky the hygienist. On my wife's recommendation, I have been visiting Gavin (dentist) and Victoria (hygienist) at Dental Solutions for a few years now, and the service has always been excellent. My wife is also a current patient.

The treatment pricing is explained in detail upfront, so there are never any hidden costs. I opted to join the dental plan, which makes payments more manageable through monthly instalments and includes two annual visits to both the dentist and the hygienist.

I recently needed an emergency appointment to remove a broken retainer, and the practice moved swiftly to book me in, resolve the issue, and provide a new overnight retainer.

The team is very friendly, patient-focused, and thoroughly professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Show less »
