I was recommended to go to Dental Solutions from my dentist to explore implants & whether it would be suitable for me. After a few visits discussing options & dealing with my current medical situation I finally had my implants fitted on 20th May & I can honestly say the care & attention I was shown was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend them.

I am a nervous patient when it comes to the dentist after past experiences. Lauren was quick to reassure me, she explained everything clearly to me and took the time to listen to my concerns. I had an impacted lower wisdom tooth that required surgical removal, so I chose one of the most highly recommended oral surgeons in the Warrington area at Dental Solutions—and the experience exceeded all my expectations.

The procedure itself was quick, and I felt reassured and calm throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was the recovery: by the second day, I no longer needed any painkillers, there was almost no swelling, and I experienced minimal discomfort overall.

If it were possible, I would gladly give 10 stars. The assistant and the reception staff were also exceptionally kind and welcoming.

I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of professional and caring dental treatment. Show less »

I was very pleased with my all on 4 dental surgery especially considering I was initially concerned about the amount of pain and discomfort I would feel, and if the final result would look and feel natural. Attended dental Solutions yesterday to have an implant fitted. I am beyond anxious when attending the dentist, but the treatment I received from the receptionist and Lauren was fantastic. Anaesthetic was provided and I didn’t feel a thing. I was told that the implant went very well but I couldn’t comment on that as it’s only been 24 hrs. Unbelievably though,... Show more »

Unbelievably though, since the anaesthetic has worn of I feel
No pain whatsoever.

Our family have been going to Dental Solutions for over 10 years since moving to the area. The team are always friendly and v attentive to each family members dental care. Obviously everyone's needs are individual and it always feels like they care about providing the best service and advice to each of us. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely shocking. Started off well with Lauren then ended terribly. After 6 visits in total trying to sort my composite out, I still have issues. For months I couldn’t floss, had excess composites overhanging teeth, misaligned composites, scratches on teeth due to the cuts not being done correctly. Absolutely shocking. Started off well with Lauren then ended terribly. After 6 visits in total trying to sort my composite out, I still have issues. For months I couldn’t floss, had excess composites overhanging teeth, misaligned composites, scratches on teeth due to the cuts not being done correctly. Chips to numerous teeth after coming back and too to the dentist. I had been back numerous times to get these issues sorted as well as many other and my complaint did not get met. The solution was to get them removed by another dentist and they would pay an amount towards it. This place has cost me time and money with work and also a lot of stress.

They seem to think that by providing an offer they can do a terrible job. I chose this dentist under the impression of it being a top recommendation, even though the price for Invisalign was higher than other quotes.

Absolute shambles of a place, including the front reception who couldn’t seem to ever be polite and accommodate my needs.

The consultation I had with Gavin Laidlaw was first class.
Everything was explained to me clear terms which I found easy to understand.
The options presented on replacing a molar tooth left me feeling confident on the way forward.

Him and his assistant made me feel so comfortable so at ease for someone that’s a nervous patient he was so calming and explained everything so well. The treatment pricing is explained in detail upfront, so there are never any hidden costs. I opted to join the dental plan, which makes payments more manageable through monthly instalments and includes two annual visits to both the dentist and the hygienist.

I recently needed an emergency appointment to remove a broken retainer, and the practice moved swiftly to book me in, resolve the issue, and provide a new overnight retainer.

The team is very friendly, patient-focused, and thoroughly professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Show less »

I was very impressed with Gavin’s service. He went out of his way to help me with an uncommon issue caused by another dentist’s work. He was very knowledgeable about the issue despite it being something unusual in the UK and fixed it quickly for me, fitting me in the next day. I’d recommend Gavin without hesitation.
