I had an amazing experience getting Invisalign and composite bonding with DR A Ballard. I am very happy with the final results and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade their smile!

My husband and myself attended The Dental Smile clinic in Broxbourne for checkups and fillings . We live on a pension but always paid for checks but filling prices went through the roof very expensive. My husband had some dentures made and paid off for them as was very expensive over £2000 . He found them to be very uncomfortable and would rock . He couldn't really wear them much as was too uncomfortable but still paid off for them.
I advised him to let the dentist know but he is to kind and respectful and didn't complain. Recently he has been very ill with cancer in his throat and mouth .He had to go to the Eastman hospital for his teeth to be checked. The Consultant said that the dentures were b badly fitted an d therefore cracked his tooth that couldn't do fillings for me as she couldn't guarantee they would stit was connected to. They had to remove his teeth. I also had a problem with a bridge that was so bad it just fell out of my. that was also paid off within 2 years. We sent the lady den test a letter an d complained about my Husbands dentures as the Eastman advised him to do. B ut she reused to refund over £2000 paid for the dentures. We are devastated as we cannot afford to lose this money for something he can't wear. She refused to refund our money. Couldn't guarantee fillings she said they may fall out. This is not normal My last dentist in Oakwood attended our teeth for over 30 years . They were brilliant.

The best Dentist I've had the experience of being treated by. Dr Ballard is friendly, takes the time to explain things clearly and always does a fantastic job. She picks things up that other dentists miss. Highly recommend

I visited today as I had cracked a tooth 😩the reception team got me an appointment quickly and when I got to the desk to check in the 2 ladies Julie and Izzy were very friendly and I took a seat in the very beautiful chilled waiting area for Dr Patel to come and get me ,the surgery is ultra modern and calm …she took notes on my tooth situation and X-rays and photos and explained everything perfectly and said I needed a filling 🙈I chose a white one as they look better …🦷she gave me an injection which I didn’t feel and gave my teeth a clean and polish before starting drilling…I didn’t feel a thing and the whole appointment was very calm that I nearly fell asleep 😴 the nurse Ella was fantastic and made me feel at ease the whole time ,it was a pleasurable experience and I will definitely be coming back for my check ups and night guard that dr Patel said I needed because I grind at night which caused the tooth to break 😟 Thank you all so much ..it’s such a lovely dental practice and everyone was so nice.

Amazing Dentist. Everyone from Julie the receptionist to Dr Patel are so friendly and nice. Dr Patel is fantastic and a real credit to her profession, and with Enlighten I now have nice white teeth. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr Ballard is the best dentist I have ever had. I’ve had a fear of the dentist for many years and ignored symptoms that required treatment. Dr Ballard welcomed me into the chair, spoke to me about my fear / anxiety. Every procedure I have had with her, she has spoke me through it & made me feel calm. Finally at the end of my treatment and I’m no longer scared of the dentist because Dr Ballard has completely changed my experience and makes me feel at ease during my appointments! I have found Dr Ballard very supportive in my efforts to hold onto my teeth. She understands how anxious I am about them and has provided me with tips on how to clean them better. I can highly recommend her. My family are also patients and we all find her very professional and caring.

Dr Ballard is one of the nicest, most talented dentists. She has kept my teeth "nearly perfect" now for many years. All my family use her and trust her and though I don't make a habit of this, would fully recommend her to you all.

I can’t highly recommend Dr Patel enough!
Dr Patel has given me so much great advice and treatment over the past few years.

Dr Patels whole approach feels personal. She puts you at ease and explains all treatments thoroughly. Not only by discussing the dental plan but she also provides visuals to help you know what your teeth will look like after treatment.

I have recently had full composite bonding on my upper teeth. Dr Patel and I had consultations throughout and it wasn’t rushed at all she wanted to get it right for me.

Dr Patel worked really hard for me to feel comfortable with my smile again.

Nothing is too much trouble for her and when she checks in to make sure I’m happy with the end result in her own time, I know she cares about me and her work.

The staff at the practice are also superb they are so friendly and efficient. It’s an all round great experience! Show less »
