“I came to this practice hopeful and ready to invest in better dentures, having saved up £2,000. I was told my current set would be temporary and that better fitting ones would follow. However, when I returned, I was told they would be no better than what I already had. This left me very disappointed, as I felt misled after being given different expectations at the start. The appearance of the dentures was fine, but the comfort and day-to-day wear were exhausting. I had hoped for more honesty and consistency, especially after such a big financial and emotional investment.” Show less »

I found the experience as good as it could be, having to back teeth extracted! Sophia and her assistant were very kind and sensitive to my needs, explaining everything as the work was carried out. 2 days later I received a phone call to ask how I was getting on and if I had any problems, which so far I have not. I am continuing to follow their instruction... Show more »

Excellent communication and always run to time. All staff are welcoming and the environment is calm. Treatment plans explained and costings quoted in advance. A visit to the Dentist isn’t a preferred outing, but Dr Mann and her team offer a professional and reassuring experience. Hygienist is particularly helpful, offering advice on how to keep healthy....
