I had an infected cyst on back of my neck - sadly not making much progress through NHS, decided to look for a private consultation and found that Dr Charan offered this service. From the initial call, I felt comfortable that Dr Charan was very experienced in this area - and I was super impressed that he was able to see me that same day, and in the evening, clearly went out of his way to ensure I was seen as quickly as possible.

When Dr Charan saw me, he told me the cyst needed removing, due to the infection would be a slightly longer process - in fact, the cyst was much deeper than first thought and Dr Charan spent a long time ensuring the cyst that had burst under the skin was completely removed, not rushing and talking me through what was happening. Cannot fault the level of care and attention on the day and the after care I have received. Very highly recommended and thank you again for all your help! Show less »

I contacted Dr. Charan for a lesion on the back of my ear. He gave me an appointment after a short time that was a great benefit for me. During the surgery he and his team were very professional and made me feel at ease and Dr. Charan himself checked on me for the outcome of the intervention after a couple of days. I recently visited C & S Aesthetics and had a consultation with Dr. Charan.He recommended a daily cream for me, and it significantly improved the appearance of my skin. He is so professional and does an outstanding work.Eventhough I'm returning back to my country, I would like to plan regular consultation with Dr Charan.

Dr Charan provided a very professional service in the removal of my back cyst. From the initial telephone conversation through to the cyst removal he was professional, friendly and gave great advice. The treatment was painless, and his aftercare was very good. Throughly recommend using him
