I have been going to this clinic for a few years really helped me with my cystic acne. 😊 So grateful. Treatments are delivered by a qualified medical professional excellent service and always given aftercare tips.

I attended an appointment expecting a professional and patient-focused experience, but unfortunately that was not the case. Dr Eldimarys came across as very cold, abrasive, and standoffish throughout the consultation. Simple questions were met with an aggressive tone, and when I queried pricing to ensure there had been no error, the response felt dismissive... Show more »

Dr Eldimarys came across as very cold, abrasive, and standoffish throughout the consultation. Simple questions were met with an aggressive tone, and when I queried pricing to ensure there had been no error, the response felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational.

While I am not disputing the fees charged, I do expect a basic level of professionalism, courtesy, and empathy in a clinical setting. Sadly, I did not feel listened to or cared for, and the overall manner was unwelcoming and uncomfortable.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice and have never had the need to leave a review but sadly this had to be shared. Show less »

Definitely the best aesthetic clinic in the city in terms of quality, pricing, and an exceptionally warm and professional team. From the very first moment, I felt at home, genuinely listened to, and truly cared for, never treated as a commercial object.

The approach is clearly medical and patient centred, not purely commercial. I completed a CO2 fractional treatment for a deep surgical scar plus a face boost treatment, and the results were simply wonderful, achieved at a very fair and affordable price.

This experience stands in sharp contrast to the excessive and, frankly, ridiculous pricing practices of many other clinics. Here, the treatment is led by a truly competent and experienced doctor and her diligent assistant , which makes all the difference. Show less »

I had a very good experience. The doctor was kind, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable right away. The visit was thorough and the waiting time was short. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and attentive dermatologist.

I had a big mole removed from my forehead at the Clinic. Dr Delamarys was great, professional and her hands were so light. The results were brilliant, no scar, no pain.

Dr Eldy is an incredibly talented aesthetics doctor. She’s also excellent at making treatments as pain free as possible. She customises treatments for your unique skin issues and goals, while being extremely pragmatic, warm and lovely. I personally love how she doesn’t push expensive treatments and packages. Dr Eldy is an incredibly talented aesthetics doctor. She’s also excellent at making treatments as pain free as possible. She customises treatments for your unique skin issues and goals, while being extremely pragmatic, warm and lovely. I personally love how she doesn’t push expensive treatments and packages. Dr Eldy has really helped transform my acne scars into smooth beautiful skin and reduce my lifelong pigmentation which can be a challenge for pale olive skin like mine (Fitzpatrick IV) . She is an expert in all things anti aging and it’s thanks to her I look years younger than I would otherwise.
