Dr. Sharmillah was incredibly professional, gentle, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease before the procedure. The sedation was very well managed, and the treatment itself went far more smoothly than I had anticipated.

What really stands out is her attention to detail and the pride she takes in her work. She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and achieving the best possible results.

Having experienced numerous hygienists over many years, I can honestly say that Ela is head and shoulders above the rest. Her standard of care is outstanding, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a first-class hygienist.

This practice is excellent! It is well-organized, and the receptionists are very friendly. However, my absolute favorite is the hygienist, Joanne Pilsz. She is friendly, polite, and humorous, yet above all, she is exceptionally professional. She is the finest hygienist I have ever encountered. She provided me with instructions on how to care for my teeth, and I was quite surprised to learn that for 50 years, despite brushing regularly, I had been doing most things incorrectly. Joanne Bell has to be hands down the best hygienist I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. I am petrified of going to the hygienist, I also have sensory issues when it comes to the noise of the equipment and the sensations of the cleaning, and the work needing to be done - she always makes sure I feel at ease, and asks if I’m ok every step of the way. She doesn’t judge and is extremely patient and caring during my visit. Absolutely fantastic and would highly recommend her, especially if you’re nervous. A credit to the practice!
I also see Jake for my regular dentistry, he is also equally as kind, patient and gentle. He has also worked absolute wonders with my daughter who is also petrified of the dentist. He is even taking on a special course to enable me to have special braces as I’m finally brave enough to go for it at the age of 48! Another credit to the practice! Thank you Jo and Jake! Dentist is ok based just one family member checkups. Cannot complement Hygienists as both myself and my hobby had awful hygiene experience hence never used ever again for hygiene. Reception/Administration is the worst in my experience.

My recent appointment was cancelled twice for the same dentist, I was advised 1st time holiday and 2nd time illness which I have no problems hence rescheduled. However, what I don’t like is when patients get ill or emergency need to cancel/reschedule, they give patient warnings, T&C & threatening take you off from patients list etc, so it’s not reciprocal, not equal, patients are not treated as human beings, and don’t have emergency or patients rights? So the practice can set a fire and patients are not allowed light a match! Patients are just a number.

In addition, they had a cyber breach in July 2023. they didn’t even bothered to notify patients, at least they didn’t notify me, I only found out after I got a doggy email, so I called up and found out, hacker got into their system, use their system sent phishing emails to patients, hacker got my personal info such as name & email, also my child name, these are showing in the phishing email. Also there’s an attachment in the phishing email, if I click, my computer will get the virus as well, luckily I did not click.

I made a formal complaint, practice manager said they cannot inform every patients, Yep! they cannot be bothered.

They also said the info/data hold by hacker is not security sensitive, so myself and my child personal info are not security sensitive, especially when a minor/child info leaked and they think it is not security sensitive. To them, they do not care hence not sensitive.

I did a review here previously and it was deleted despite all stated are truth. So I will do this again, and again to warn others. Show less »

A Saturday before Christmas I had a fall in the garden, landed on my face and broke one of my front teeth in half. I can’t fault the service I received, particularly as it was a Saturday. In desperation I phoned the surgery, even thought it was after hours and left a message. I had a return phone call within minutes from Nimmie, who must have been on the point of going home. In my opinion she went 'above and beyond' to reassure me and organise an appointment for the Monday morning with Aidan. Thank you Nimmie for your kindness. Also, Aidan was brilliant, he cheerfully worked around my battered face and skilfully mended my tooth. Within about an hour, I had a mended front tooth that you can't tell the difference from the other front tooth. Thank you Aidan. Show less »

I cannot praise Rishi and the Croft Dental team enough for their recent support with a severely cracked tooth, which needed an implant.
As a slightly more anxious patient, Rishi took the time to fully talk through all the options and back ups to ensure that I felt fully informed and comfortable with the treatment plan. Then, on the implant day, he walked me through the whole procedure ensuring I was not anxious and checked regularly how I was doing and talking me through which stage we were at.
I got through the procedure feeling comfortable and supported by the whole team, and with a clear recovery plan and all items needed to help (including medication, tablets, manual toothbrush etc).
I would wholeheartedly recommend Rishi and their team for making an initially traumatic experience one that was highly supported and comfortable. Show less »

My daughters have had experience with several of the dentists, and my wife and I have been fortunate enough to be treated by Sharmilla Radia, the senior partner. Our experiences have been very strong across the board from all the dentists and all treatments we've received. In particular I'd call out what Sharmilla has managed to do in fixing my wife's bite problems and solving a complex dentition problem for me including very painstaking implant placement and complex retained denture implementation with a lot of process steps and intermediate care required.
