She was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, and really took the time to get to know both me and my skin by asking lots of questions. Rather than feeling like a one-off appointment, it felt like the start of a skin journey together, with ongoing support and openness to any questions I may have along the way.

She put together a personalised treatment plan, even went a little over our allotted 30 minutes without making me feel rushed, and followed up quickly afterwards with detailed recommendations tailored specifically to me. She was specifically able to prescribe tretinoin and azelaic acid, although I am starting slowly with just tret. Show less »

Dr Amber is fantastic. I had a zoom consultation with Amber in early 2026, and was immediately put at ease by her professionalism and empathy. She had taken time to fully understand my medical history and my goals, and provided me with tailored recommendations, from products, to treatments/procedures, and even lifestyle/dietary changes. She explained my options clearly, and gave me a realistic idea of what results I could expect, and I never felt pressured to agree to or buy anything. She went out of her way to help me find doctors in London, but in the end I decided I trusted her with my skin more than anyone else. I visited Amber in Norfolk for IPL and found the process to be easy to book, the clinic is lovely, very calm and private, and the aftercare recommendations and advice was great. I will always go to Amber for further treatments and skincare advice as my needs and situation change, and would strongly recommend her to anyone wanting help with their skin. Show less »

She took the time to listen to my skin concerns and clearly explained the potential treatment options available with evidence-based facts, as well as sending me a tailored treatment plan to review at home. I started off with the excellent PH Formula skincare and have been having regular monthly treatments for rosacea and anti-aging, and my skin has never looked better! I look forward to my treatments as a bit of ‘me time’ and the tranquil setting of the clinic adds to that overall experience. I am even brave enough now to go out of the house with only tinted sun cream on (I never would have done that before)!

I cannot recommend Dr Amber and the Cosmetics Doctor Norwich Skin Clinic highly enough! Show less »

As a typical man, at about 3 pm on 24th December, I left an urgent message requesting a gift voucher for Christmas Day for a special person.
