Dr Amber is fantastic. I have struggled with my skin for years, and before seeing Amber I had a long course of Accutane and steroids for acne fulminans, which left me with redness, scarring and feeling quite traumatised about my skin. I had a zoom consultation with Amber in early 2026, and was immediately put at ease by her professionalism and empathy. She had taken time to fully understand my medical history and my goals, and provided me with tailored recommendations, from products, to treatments/procedures, and even lifestyle/dietary changes. She explained my options clearly, and gave me a realistic idea of what results I could expect, and I never felt pressured to agree to or buy anything. She went out of her way to help me find doctors in London, but in the end I decided I trusted her with my skin more than anyone else. I visited Amber in Norfolk for IPL and found the process to be easy to book, the clinic is lovely, very calm and private, and the aftercare recommendations and advice was great. I will always go to Amber for further treatments and skincare advice as my needs and situation change, and would strongly recommend her to anyone wanting help with their skin.
