Dr Sbahi is wonderful. I have always been incredibly nervous and anxious at the dentist, Dr Sbahi set me at ease, we discussed a treatment plan and clearly outlined the costs. During treatment both Dr Sbahi and the dental nurse kept checking in on me to ensure that I was comfortable. I felt so comfortable and at ease that I was in no way worried about having my wisdom tooth removed. I also received a courtesy call from the surgery the day after the removal which I thought spoke volumes to how much care they have for their patients. It really does make a big difference when staff take the extra time for their patients by going above and beyond standard practice- and even for those that are emergency patients.

Good afternoon. Today on the 2 nd of June at approximately 3:30 p.m. I visited the dental practice to make an appointment for my husband. The receptionist on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately this was not the first time . I have had an unpleasant experience with her, this has happened on three separate occasions. As soon as she hears an accent, she appears to become dismissive and make little effort to understand what is being said, creating an uncomfortable and disrespectful situation for me. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to our dentist, who is an excellent professional and .who stepped in to resolve the matter. I kindly ask the practice owner to review my concern and complain. We are very happy with our dentist and would prefer not to change practices. He took his time and explained all of the options available to me. During the procedure, Ayham was constantly checking in with me, and it felt like he really was looking after me, throughout. I recently attended Coppertop dental practice. I am a nervous and reluctant patient due to previous health issues. Both the dentist and hygienist I saw were kind, patient and skilled. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Following a bad experience with a different dental practice and subsequent neglect, my teeth became significantly deteriorated and I was in need of urgent fillings. Coppertop were able to fit me in for emergency treatment. Ayham Sbahi went above and beyond and thanks to his work I can now eat and drink pain-free for the first time in years. I experienced no pain or issues during his appointments or as a result of his work. He was always patient, compassionate, and professional. I was very lucky to be taken on as an NHS patient but will be returning to Ayham for private cosmetic restorative treatment in the coming months. Show less »

I was first seen by Susan Applegarth, the hygienist, who was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. She did an amazing job and explained everything clearly, which instantly put me at ease.

I was then seen by Ayham to check a few teeth and thanks to my sugary sweet tooth I ended up needing three fillings. Ayham was absolutely brilliant. Calm, professional and reassuring throughout and the work was done to a very high standard.

Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this practice and the team. Show less »

My dentist is Hannah, she takes time to explain what she is doing and gives you options for treatments if you need them. Had fillings done with and without injections which was painless and to a high standard. Reception staff are always pleasant and there is plenty of parking on the roads around the surgery.

I have just had an extraction done by Ayham. To say I was nervous was an understatement. He made the whole experience a lot better than what I expected. Took his time explained everything in detail and made me feel relaxed. Would recommend 100%!!!!

I’ve been a patient at Coppertop for years. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming, and Hannah has been an excellent dentist for my family and I since we first saw her. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area!

6 visits followed involving unfortunately an extraction and several fillings that needed redoing. Also two long deep cleaning sessions.

As my first appointment was an nhs emergency appointment, the dentist (Ayham Sbahi) offered to do all the follow up appointments related to this on the nhs too. This was greatly appreciated as I could not afford all the treatment privately. He worked quickly and efficiently to, in his words, get me back on track as I had clearly neglected my dental health in recent years.

I am now pain free with everything that needed doing having been dealt with and have signed up for one of their dental plans for the future to keep on top of things.

Wonderful service with minimal pain and caring approach from Ayham and the other staff. I honestly cant rate them highly enough as they took care of my dental health needs which were considerable. Fantastic all round. Show less »

If you have a fear of dentists then Dr Ayham Sbahi is the man you need to see. He is very kind and compassionate and puts all your fears at rest. He is an extremely skilled dentist as well. I felt no pain at all as he fixed my tooth to a high standard. I highly recommend him as a very professional and dentist.

I have used Coppertop Dental Surgery for many years and have always found them extremely helpful. The Dentist and Hygienist always do a gentle yet thorough examination and treatment and will understand if you hesitate or even refuse certain treatments.

Previous to this I saw Aga, the hygienist. Talk about attention to detail! As I am a student nurse, in during my final placement, I received an email from my assessor from hospital, changed my night shift from Tuesday night to day. I received an email at 1:30 pm. I called to cancel or changed the date, the reception said, nobody never see you anymore because you did not call 48 hours for cancellation.
How can I contact in weekend when the clinic is closed and I didn't know, my shift changed???

Nikki is a fantastic hygienist who put me at ease almost straight away. I do normally worry about the pain that I might feel during a dental visit but Nikki caused me no pain at all because she is very gentle and has a calming nature. Thank you very much Nikki 😊🙏
