I’ve been a patient at Coppertop for years. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming, and Hannah has been an excellent dentist for my family and I since we first saw her. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone in the area!

I hadn't been to the dentist in 6 years and was suffering with toothache when I contacted the surgery for an emergency nhs appointment as I was unable to find an nhs dentist who had vancancies.

6 visits followed involving unfortunately an extraction and several fillings that needed redoing. Also two long deep cleaning sessions.

As my first appointment was an nhs emergency appointment, the dentist (Ayham Sbahi) offered to do all the follow up appointments related to this on the nhs too. This was greatly appreciated as I could not afford all the treatment privately. He worked quickly and efficiently to, in his words, get me back on track as I had clearly neglected my dental health in recent years.

I am now pain free with everything that needed doing having been dealt with and have signed up for one of their dental plans for the future to keep on top of things.

Wonderful service with minimal pain and caring approach from Ayham and the other staff. I honestly cant rate them highly enough as they took care of my dental health needs which were considerable. Fantastic all round. Show less »

If you have a fear of dentists then Dr Ayham Sbahi is the man you need to see. He is very kind and compassionate and puts all your fears at rest. He is an extremely skilled dentist as well. I felt no pain at all as he fixed my tooth to a high standard. I highly recommend him as a very professional and dentist.

I have been a patient of Coppertop for 10 plus years and have had regular checkups by both the Dentist and Hygienist. I have always found them to be welcoming, professional and I am confident of their treatment and advice. I have given 5 stars because of this excellent level of service.

I have used Coppertop Dental Surgery for many years and have always found them extremely helpful. The Dentist and Hygienist always do a gentle yet thorough examination and treatment and will understand if you hesitate or even refuse certain treatments.

I came to see Ayham Sbahi after not having seen a dentist for 15 years due to embarrassment after an extensive history of eating disorders left my teeth broken. I could not recommend him highly enough. He was reassuring, kind, non judgemental and gentle throughout. He talked me through the treatment plan he had laid out very thoroughly and ensured I was comfortable at every stage. I’ve come to the end of my treatment plan and he’s been instrumental in helping to close a really difficult chapter of my life. I have seen both Hannah Watts (Dentist) and Aga Zurawska (hygienist) at this very welcoming practice.
I and I am sure like a few ,haven't been to the dentist in a while and from the moment I saw Hannah, I felt totally at ease. I had a filling and she talked me through what she was going to do and updated me throughout treatment. Amazing work and care, thank you! Great advice with my treatment plan too.
Previous to this I saw Aga, the hygienist. Talk about attention to detail! I do need a bit of dental work on my teeth :) but my mouth felt and looked almost brand new after my extended thorough scale and clean. I had an appointment last year for hygiene. It was really good. I booked another appointment for Tuesday. As I am a student nurse, in during my final placement, I received an email from my assessor from hospital, changed my night shift from Tuesday night to day. I received an email at 1:30 pm. I called to cancel or changed the date, the reception said, nobody never see you anymore because you did not call 48 hours for cancellation.
How can I contact in weekend when the clinic is closed and I didn't know, my shift changed???

Nikki is a fantastic hygienist who put me at ease almost straight away. I do normally worry about the pain that I might feel during a dental visit but Nikki caused me no pain at all because she is very gentle and has a calming nature. Thank you very much Nikki 😊🙏

The Reception staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. On my last visit, the dentist and nurse stayed late to carry out excellent work on my tooth, to save me returning for another appointment, which, as I live 60 miles away, was much appreciated.
