Had two appointments booked at Cavendish Clinic Glasgow before my wedding. The week of the first appointment they called me to tell me the store was closing and my appointment could either be moved to edinburgh or cancelled.

As going to edinburgh for a facial was a bit out of the question, I told them I would cancel the appointment. I was assured I would be refunded for the 2 No. £50 deposits I had paid by the "finance department".

Seeing as I booked the appointments in April, I have called numerous times, emailed, etc. Been told the refund was being processed ... Still nothing. Had to book elsewhere and pay again. Really disappointed by this predatory behavior. Absolutely understand sometimes stores close, but clearly the business is still operating, and Cavendish Clinic has just ran away with peoples' money!

Edit per the below response…. Did that, still no reply…. Show less »

My therapist, Ashley, was friendly, very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process to me, always checking that I was comfortable with what was being done. After leaving the clinic today, I was complimented by a woman who remarked on how glowing my skin was. Looking forward to my third hydrafacial in a few weeks time. I would definitely recommend both the Clinic and Ashley! Show less »

Also, we're very grateful to Kath, who helped my boyfriend and I organize the appointments so we could go in at the same time. Brilliant staff and an amazing experience, will definitely be back for more! Show less »
