AVOID THIS CLINIC – UNFINISHED RESULTS & CONSTANT DISRESPECT

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here has been so consistently disappointing that I feel a responsibility to warn others.

From the very first appointment, I knew things were off. I first saw a general dentist to check my teeth, and she was extremely rude and brash — not a great start. I will say Dr Kish himself is a good guy, but everything around him is chaotic and disorganised.

Over the course of my Invisalign treatment, I’ve regularly been kept waiting 30 minutes to over an hour, only to be seen for mere minutes — meaning every visit takes 3 hours out of my day. Multiple appointments were cancelled last minute, disrupting my schedule, yet when I was 15 minutes late for one appointment (after always being on time), they gave my slot away. The double standard is unreal.

Despite paying nearly £5,000, I now have an unfinished result. My teeth still look almost the same as when I started. I originally chose this practice because of the results I saw on Dr Kish’s Instagram — but my teeth look nothing like the images advertised.

To make matters worse, my partner had her Invisalign removed too early here, and her teeth have now shifted back to their original position. This isn’t just bad service – it’s unprofessional and careless.

We live in a time where money seems to matter more than service. In my business, I could never dream of treating customers the way I’ve been treated here. It’s clear this clinic is more focused on payments than patient outcomes.

If you’re considering Invisalign or any dental work — go elsewhere. I’ve been going to Devonshire House for years without a single issue, and I regret ever switching.

From initial consultation to finish I cannot recommend Dr Kish enough . I had extensive 3 week enlighten whitening and 2 hygenist appointments followed by composite bonding to top front 6 teeth and the results are truly amazing . Unprofessional Front Desk & Poor Patient Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic — particularly with the receptionist. I called twice in advance and booked an appointment with Samantha. I even traveled over an hour and paid for parking nearby (£5), only to be met with rudeness when I called to confirm I was walking up to the location.

The receptionist abruptly told me I didn’t have an appointment with Samantha and showed no interest in helping resolve the issue. When I asked to rebook, the focus was entirely on deposits and payment — not on supporting or caring for the patient.

I understand policies are important, but so is professionalism and kindness, especially in healthcare. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. The lack of empathy at the front desk completely overshadowed any confidence I had in their service. Show less »

A really positive experience for what I saw as a daunting procedure, both wisdom teeth to be extracted during two seprate visits. I was referred to this surgery as my dentist was unable to take on the complex procedure. I found them to have incredible communication and impeccable follow up customer care.
