It has been a pleasure being your patient. The moment i spoke to the team on the phone to enquire to meeting yourself I knew I was in the best hands. Every step of the way you have been dextremely open and caring which uphold absolute discretion.
I can not fault the service you have provided. It has been flawless and is like no other I have experienced. I can only speak highly of you and the team. Each individual colleague is an asset and provide a great experience throughout.

Ravi recommended Invisalign not only to straighten my teeth, but also to correct my bite to ensure I achieved a long term result I was genuinely happy with. He was very professional throughout and never hesitated to answer all of my questions, making the whole process easy and comfortable.

I then had whitening and composite bonding done and I honestly love my teeth so much. I couldn’t recommend Ravi enough!

Anisha Gathani was very calming and informative. She told me what she thought i needed, what she would do and what would happen if she couldn't do the work. After my first visit I returned for the treatment. The room is spacious and bright, Anisha works with magnifying glasses so wasn't to close to my face. Above me was a TV with amazing scenes of Thailand shown, along with this was the instrumental music from Brigerton, all put together despite having root canal treatment it was relaxing, apart from stiff shoulders, but that is due to being in the same position for a while

In the past I have sadly had really bad experiences with dentists so I hadn’t been for over 7 years. However I was in so much pain and have had two teeth extracted. In the past I have sadly had really bad experiences with dentists so I hadn’t been for over 7 years. However I was in so much pain and have had two teeth extracted. I let the guys know how anxious I was and they made the process so much easier and kept me as calm as possible.

I visited Dilan for the first tooth then came back for the second with Ravi. Both very lovely and understanding. The girls assisting were very comforting also which helps.

I can honestly say my experience at Brookside Dental has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the kindest and most polite receptionists, who immediately put me at ease with their warm and friendly approach. It made such a difference, especially since I’ve always been quite nervous about visiting the dentist.

What truly stood out, though, was the care I received from Dr Ravi. His calm, gentle, and incredibly precise approach completely changed the way I feel about dental visits. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. I felt genuinely cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person.

As someone who has always been quite scared of the dentist, I never thought I’d say this, but I actually felt relaxed throughout my visit. The whole experience was reassuring and positive, and it’s given me the confidence to finally move forward with improving my smile.

I had a dental onlay to repair a broken molar in October 2025, carried out by Yelena Neal, who works as a specialist consultant at Brookside Dental, Market Harborough.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Yelena is clearly highly skilled, meticulous, and very professional. The work was explained clearly, carried out with great care, and the end result is superb — both functionally and aesthetically. The tooth looks and feels completely natural and the repair has been faultless.

It’s rare to come away from specialist dental work feeling genuinely delighted, but that’s exactly how I feel. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Yelena Neal to anyone needing complex or restorative dental treatment. Outstanding work - thankyou. Show less »

Took my 10 month old for the first check up and it was a very positive experience. The dentist was very good with us, allowed me to ask questions and gave honest feedback. We also talked about the amount of teeth for development age, brushing schedules and she had a look at the teeth with the mirror to see how many were through/coming through. A great dentis... I booked up for a new patient exam and hygienist. Very easy new patient onboarding. First exam was very thorough with teeth scan, x-rays and full teeth, gum and jaw examination. Whole experience, for a dentist visit, was very stress free with all staff extremely friendly and professional. I would not hesitate in recommending especially if you are a nervous p... Show more »
