booked this office for teeth cleanings for myself and my two children. When I called, I was clear that I wanted to book three teeth cleanings because we have been traveling nonstop and were over due. We were given an appointment for the following week with no mention of anything different.

When we arrived and sat down expecting the cleaning to begin, I kept waiting for the teeth cleaning to begin. I finally asked the doctor and was told partway through that I had actually been booked for a check up instead.

We had to reschedule an entirely separate appointment just to get the service for just me that I originally asked for. My children’s teeth were never even properly cleaned. That is an hour of my time and my children’s time wasted because the booking was not recorded correctly and a complete waste of money to not even have our teeth cleaned.

The cleaning itself, once I finally received it the following week, was the worst I have ever had. The hygienist scraped briefly with a hand tool and then polished for only a minute or two, barely touching the surface of my teeth. Afterward my teeth still felt coated in plaque, and my usual light coffee staining, which normally lifts completely with a proper polish, was still there. I mentioned this during the appointment and was given a little more attention, but the result did not change. I did not leave with that clean, smooth feeling a real cleaning gives you. It felt no different than brushing my own teeth at home.

I paid two hundred pounds for a booking error and a cleaning that accomplished almost nothing. I now have to find another practice to get the actual cleaning I came in for. I would not recommend this office if a thorough, professional cleaning is what you are looking for. Show less »

Dr Imani is a fantastic cosmetic dentist - her intelligent, thoughtful consideration and thorough attention to detail are second to none. She’s made my teeth look so much better and at a fraction of the price of braces which she felt were unnecessary in my case. She’s incredibly gentle during treatment whilst also being firm and clear so that the client feels really well held during the process. I’m so happy with the results and am already recommending friends and family! Her lovely assistant is also a star ⭐️ too :)

I have been amazed by the skill used with the Bottox and Dermal fillers . My face no longer looks miserable and droopy. I was distraught the day I turned up with a broken front crown - the staff and Dr Imani put me at ease and fitted a temporary crown straight away as I was so distressed about how I looked. I was recommended Shala by a friend and I’m so pleased , I’ve had a lot of trouble with my front teeth and have been to several dentists who told me there were lots of risks or wanted to charge me ridiculous amounts of money. Shala has given me a bridge which looks amazing and is comfortable, she has prevented me from wearing a denture. I couldn’t be happie... Show more »

I’m a very nervous patient especially of the initial injections. Shala did her best to avoid any pain.
She is very caring and patient and I have already recommended her to friends.

I went to Bright on Smile to have my teeth straightened. After getting a booking my teeth were scanned and retainers were made. The process took longer than expected and a second set of retainers were supplied at no extra cost to myself. I now have perfectly straight white teeth.
