Shocking I am fed up of booking appointments with them for them to cancel as someone is off sick. Or they run past their time. I had to leave work early due to receiving a text message the day before stating a different time that I had originally booked. I am fed up of booking appointments with them for them to cancel as someone is off sick. Or they run past their time.
I had to leave work early due to receiving a text message the day before stating a different time that I had originally booked.
To then go in 17 minutes after the time to then run late for the hygienist and then have my car park time run out.
This has happened the last 2 appointments.
They then change the dentist you see since being a patient there for the last 10 years I have had at least 8 different dentists and then today been told that I will again have another new one when i go for my next 6 month check up.
I understand that there can be emergencies but surely not every time I am booked in and when I needed an emergency appointment I had to wait over 2 weeks to be seen . Show less »

Called up and explained my problem to a very friendly and helpful receptionist who was more than happy to assist me. Managed to get an appointment the next day and seen Timothy, he is also friendly, professional and instantly puts you at ease when explaining treatments that are required.
