I have today visited Bewdley Dental Practice for the first time. I was very nervous about going . But when I got there all the staff was very friendly and polite and helpful. And my new dentist Harjeevan and the dental nurse Meg was so nice and friendly and put me at easy so quickly . Top class dentist.
So professionally ran, spotlessly clean.

Both myself and my wife have recently had fillings done but less than a week later my wife's had her filling fall out and then the pain that had not subsided from having the filling got worse so booked back to the dentist to be told the filling is ok and you will have to go back to the dentist who did it and that will be in 8 weeks just put up with pain unti... I have been going to this dentist for over 40 years and have NEVER EVER had this problem since this place has been took over you can clearly see this place is geared up for one thing MONEY customer care don't worry it doesn't exist there plenty of other dentists in this place that can do it but just not interested the best part there was no pain at all before truly diabolical service Show less »

Very helpful place, full of friendly people. I have needed a lot of work done and they have been patient and helpful the whole time. They have done their best to give me a treatment that doesn't include just yanking every crap tooth out like other places. They are doing their best to repair and restore what I have at the pace my budget allows. Highly recomme... Show more »

New to near the area and found this practice and chose it mainly because of the amazing reviews, location and places to park in Bewdley, I was not disappointed, what a very helpful, friendly, lovely team in this practice. Arrived on time for my 11 am appointment. I am very anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist. I sat in the waiting room getting more and more anxious. I saw the dentist i was seeing come out of his room to make a drink and then he came out of his room again some minutes later. Arrived on time for my 11 am appointment. I am very anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist. I sat in the waiting room getting more and more anxious. I saw the dentist i was seeing come out of his room to make a drink and then he came out of his room again some minutes later. By this time it was approx 11.20 so i asked the receptionist if the dentist knew that i had arrived and was waiting. After checking she informed me that he would be with me shortly. After a few minutes i was called in for my appointment (this being 25 minutes late) My dentist and the dental nurse apologised for the delay but apparently they were not informed that i had arrived for my appointment. My Dentist then said that he would not be able to do both fillings and would only be able to do the one (the better one of the two) ... when i asked the reason why i was told it was because the appointment would then go into the next patients time. Of course if i had gone in on time this would not have been the case. So i explained this to the dentist and how i had managed to get there in plenty of time even though there were road closures in place and that my anxiety and stress levels were through the roof. He did agree to do both fillings (in approx 20 - 25 mins even though i was scheduled a 40 minute slot) I appreciated that both fillings were done and thanked the dentist and dental nurse. Back at reception i was asked if everything was ok - still shaking from the experience!! I explained (the receptionist / dental nurse that booked me in was not there then)
After leaving the building it suddenly came to me ....Why did the dentist ask reception if his 11 am appointment had arrived ... this is something that i would have done,, but No this was not the case and if i had not questioned with the lovely girl on reception then i probably would not have been able to have had my treatment that day. Im not one to complain but on this occasion i was not happy! Im 62 now and i have been with this Dental practise since i was a child! Show less »

Shocking I am fed up of booking appointments with them for them to cancel as someone is off sick. Or they run past their time. I had to leave work early due to receiving a text message the day before stating a different time that I had originally booked. To then go in 17 minutes after the time to then run late for the hygienist and then have my car park time... Show more »

I had to leave work early due to receiving a text message the day before stating a different time that I had originally booked.
To then go in 17 minutes after the time to then run late for the hygienist and then have my car park time run out.
This has happened the last 2 appointments.
They then change the dentist you see since being a patient there for the last 10 years I have had at least 8 different dentists and then today been told that I will again have another new one when i go for my next 6 month check up.
I understand that there can be emergencies but surely not every time I am booked in and when I needed an emergency appointment I had to wait over 2 weeks to be seen . Show less »

Called up and explained my problem to a very friendly and helpful receptionist who was more than happy to assist me. Managed to get an appointment the next day and seen Timothy, he is also friendly, professional and instantly puts you at ease when explaining treatments that are required.
