Wouldn’t give it a star if there was an option. My partner had a dermatology appointment here today. We showed up 5 minutes late which understandably is our fault, due to the fact the front building is boarded up with wood and looks abandoned ,we hadn’t been given instructions of a building being round the back. We arrived and apologised, the lady was extremely rude stated we had 8 minutes left of our appointment-which again we didn’t mind, however she was extremely patronising and mentioned how she ‘hated’ it several times- very unprofessional. This however was not the concerning part of this appointment. We have seen 2 doctors prior to this about my partners skin condition, both of which asked us a lot of medical and family history , time of issue, onset, exacerbating factors ect and both found the same diagnosis which we also found matched up perfectly, this appointment was booked in hopes to find more information and a long term treatment for this. The Doctor that saw us took one look as his arm and decided it was something completely different - mind you this was 8 months after our last appointment at which it looked very different she however claimed they didn’t know what they are talking about because they aren’t specialised in dermatology - again unprofessional . Her diagnosis does not align with the symptoms present at all,she never asked about the treatment we had been given by the last doctor which had worked yet when told about it claimed it was no good . Me and my partner were in complete shock at the whole appointment, she did not examine him or follow routine procedures. Honestly this place is a massive red flag please avoid. Show less »

Receptionist with light coloured hair was rude and I believe racist. I asked politely to confirm my appointment time as I had waited over 15mins wondering if I had got the time wrong, which I timed in accordance to my work break, she replied back with attitude and shrugged it off which came across very unprofessional, she could do with being trained in communications and customer service if she hasn’t already. It was clear to me once she greeted another lady after me, not of colour, that I was spoken to in that way because the colour of my skin, seeing the difference in treatment shocked me especially in this day and age as Wolverhampton is very diverse. However, the lady who replaced her in the afternoon came across lovely, as well as another gentleman who works in/out the building. Overall my appointment left me disappointed and the racist receptionist ruined my day. Show less »

Have seen Margaret on two occasions in the past two years for ear wax removal, the most recent being in January 2025.
Lovely lady, knows what she's doing in regards to ear wax removal, would certainly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience at Beechwood House Healthcare - Medical & Aesthetic Clinic. My appointment was at 10:15am, and I’m writing this just an hour later because of the positive impact Gloria and the entire team had on me. The service was extremely professional, and the staff were warm and welcoming. My phlebotomy nurse, Gloria, was fantastic— I didn’t even realize she had taken my blood until she told me it was done. It was by far the best experience I’ve had with someone in her field, and I felt truly well looked after. She was lovely, and the entire team, including the receptionist, was professional and well-spoken. If I could rate the experience 10/10, I absolutely would. Show less »
