Marci is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly takes her time to make sure you feel completely at ease. She explained every single detail so clearly — from the initial consultation and exactly what to expect during the procedure, right through to all the essential aftercare instructions and advice for recovery. Her patience is wonderful; she answered every question thoroughly and never rushed us at any point.

You can truly tell she cares deeply about her clients and takes great pride in her work. The results look natural, fresh, and perfect — exactly what we hoped for. Marci takes plenty of time to answer questions and never makes you feel burdensome. She is very responsive and has such a kind, understanding demeanour.

Equally as important, the treatment (Botox) was excellent. Marci treated my downturned smile beautifully, which actually lifted the appearance of my whole lower face. I’m incredibly happy with the results and really appreciated her follow-ups after the treatment.

I’m really happy to have found Marci, as someone I feel so comfortable and confident returning to for such an important part of my self-care. Show less »

I had a wonderful experience. The place itself is really special — located inside a library with a coffee shop, a co-working space, and a day nursery, all surrounded by plants. It creates such a calm, unique, and welcoming atmosphere.
The treatment room is very cozy, and the products used are excellent quality. I had a deep cleansing facial, and the experience was amazing. Marci was extremely careful and professional, taking the right amount of time (around two hours), which really makes a difference. My skin felt deeply clean and refreshed — not rushed at all, unlike many salons nowadays that offer the same service too quickly to do a proper job.
Marci is very kind, attentive, and professional, and she also offers other treatments that I’m definitely planning to try soon. I highly recommend this place. Show less »

I really enjoyed my glutathione IV drip with vit C. I have it every 2 weeks. The process was quick, comfortable, and handled by Marci very professionally. She then booked me in for an appointment the next day and we had a face to face conversation about the results I wanted and what to do to get there. She explained everything clearly and I left knowing exactly what the expect. When we had our appointment, she took her time to explain everything again, let me know when it would pinch to prepare me and ensured I was happy when I left. We booked in a follow up appointment and when I came back, we looked at the results so far together and she tweaked it to get the exact results I was after. Marcela was a lovely and down to earth person. I really enjoyed my Dermaplaning and classic facial with her as she explained all the steps of the process and at the end of it my face had improved and was a lot brighter, tighter and my skin was glowing. Marci is the most sweetest woman, she squeezed me into her schedule even though she was so busy. She did the most exceptional job. I’ve never had lip filler before so I was quite anxious but she made me feel at ease and did the most amazing job. Can’t recommend enough. Will always be coming here even though I am from Oxford!
