Marcela was so informative, professional and helpful in getting me the results I wanted. It started with me sending her a WhatsApp through her website, which she replied to almost immediately, asking for a video of the areas I’d like fixed. She then booked me in for an appointment the next day and we had a face to face conversation about the results I wanted...

Marcela was so informative, professional and helpful in getting me the results I wanted. It started with me sending her a WhatsApp through her website, which she replied to almost immediately, asking for a video of the areas I’d like fixed. She then booked me in for an appointment the next day and we had a face to face conversation about the results I wanted and what to do to get there. She explained everything clearly and I left knowing exactly what the expect. When we had our appointment, she took her time to explain everything again, let me know when it would pinch to prepare me and ensured I was happy when I left. We booked in a follow up appointment and when I came back, we looked at the results so far together and she tweaked it to get the exact results I was after. The whole process was great and the price reflected this as well! Thank you so much, you’re amazing and I’ll be booking in again for sure 💕

Marcela was a lovely and down to earth person. I really enjoyed my Dermaplaning and classic facial with her as she explained all the steps of the process and at the end of it my face had improved and was a lot brighter, tighter and my skin was glowing. I am definitely looking forward to the next session.

I booked a biorepeel facial with Marcela and had a great experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took her time in giving me a bespoke facial for my skin issues. My skin was absolutely glowing afterwards, I will definitely be returning as its clear Marcela really cares about her clients and delivers results.

Marcela’s knowledge, expertise, genuine care for her clients, her passion for what she does is a real testament. I booked a hydro diamond deluxe facial lift for my 70 years old mother and Marcela didn’t disappoint at all, amazing results. I would happily recommend her.

5 star was more than well deserved. Marcela did a a phenomenal job with my lips where service was outstanding.
