Marcela was so informative, professional and helpful in getting me the results I wanted. It started with me sending her a WhatsApp through her website, which she replied to almost immediately, asking for a video of the areas I’d like fixed. Marcela was so informative, professional and helpful in getting me the results I wanted. It started with me sending her a WhatsApp through her website, which she replied to almost immediately, asking for a video of the areas I’d like fixed. She then booked me in for an appointment the next day and we had a face to face conversation about the results I wanted and what to do to get there. She explained everything clearly and I left knowing exactly what the expect. When we had our appointment, she took her time to explain everything again, let me know when it would pinch to prepare me and ensured I was happy when I left. We booked in a follow up appointment and when I came back, we looked at the results so far together and she tweaked it to get the exact results I was after.
