Spent a while thinking if I should repost a review after being pushed to give them a 5 star review in person but it would be unfair not to. I had Invisalign done to focus on pushing one particular tooth forward and after over a year and £3.5k spent the tooth is still not where I wanted it to be as they focused on straightening other areas instead. I had a composite bonding appointment at the same location and they said I would have to have Invisalign all over again (and pay) to even out the composite bonding. There were instances where I felt like I was arguing with reception about getting new bands after running out where they were trying to force me to accept ones that physically did not stretch far enough. I had to buy new ones of the ones they gave me prior off of Amazon until I actually saw the doctor for my next appointment where they agreed the ones reception gave me would not have fit. The cleanings I got were amazing but would recommend staying away for everything else. Show less »

A huge shout out to Dr Jorge — a true magician and absolute perfectionist. From start to finish, he worked to the highest standard and made me feel completely confident in the process. His attention to detail is incredible, and his bonding skills are pure genius. Thanks to him, I now have the smile I’ve always wanted — and I’ll never hide my smile again!

Talha, the dental nurse, was also fantastic. They worked seamlessly together as a team, and I always felt well looked after during my appointments.

Alessia on reception has been amazing throughout. Living far from the practice made scheduling tricky at times, but she was always so proactive and helpful with my bookings. Her communication is excellent — she kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire treatment plan process smooth and easy to understand. I never once felt unsure about anything.

I’m very happy with the treatment I’ve received at Battersea Smiles. Alessia, the head receptionist, is so welcoming and friendly, which immediately makes me feel at ease when I walk in. Magda, the hygienist, is lovely, very gentle, and always makes me feel relaxed — she cleans my teeth thoroughly, answers all my questions, and gives helpful advice on brushing and oral hygiene, even showing techniques to make sure I understand. Her assistant Aaliyah is polite and supportive throughout the appointment. I’ve recommended Battersea Smiles to my mum — my experience has been great, and the hygiene price (£75) is also very reasonable. Love this dental practice! The receptionist Alessia is so helpful, friendly and keeps great notes and keeps on top of everything. My dentist Heather is brill, she's so kind and patient with me - it's great if you are a somewhat nervous dentist-goer. She explains everything really well and puts you at ease with any problems. Also appreciate how during treatment Heather will give updates of how long is left and that you're doing well (I, like most people, hate having fillings done!). Her nurses are always nice and helpful! The practice is nice and clean, well maintained with all the latest equipment. I have only had general dentistry appointments but they also do cosmetic treatments too. I will definitely be sticking with this dental practice and highly recommend. It’s absolutely worth it! The nhs wanted to remove a tooth and she said absolutely not! And fixed it. She also fixed a chip in my front tooth! Looks good as new! The reception staf... Show more »

I am a bit late with my review as my treatment finished in October. I went to Battersea Smiles for Invisalign which turned out I only needed the light package. Dr Marisa and Eva was amazing. I did cavity removal and resealing, whitening with imaging with them. Really professional and explained everything very well considering I was a little nervous.
