Absolutely appalling. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Continued with Nick after being registered at Bath Street since I was a baby and previous dentist retired. Absolutely appalling. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Continued with Nick after being registered at Bath Street since I was a baby and previous dentist retired.

Quoted £500 for fixing an impact injury that was mistreated at the time by the same practice. This in reality ended up costing 3 times this.

Consistently minimum 10 minutes late for booked appointments. When travelling back from work in Surrey, having booked off my last remaining annual leave, I called ahead as I was stuck in traffic. The receptionist acknowledged this. I arrived 5 minutes late and I was only then told my appointment was cancelled despite there being no other patients in the waiting room.

I have had to
work extra hours to save up time off and for the work itself. Having finally done this, I tried to rebook, they then tried to charge me an extra £60 for ANOTHER check up and said it was impossible to do the work the same day - screwing me again.

I have now had a hole in the back of my tooth for nearly a year because of dishonesty in their quotes and constant mismanaging. If I had known this work would have been so extortionate and awful a process rather than the £500 initially quoted it would have been easier to just punch the tooth out myself.

Vile. Dishonest. Deeply disappointing as a previously loyal lifetime member of this practice.

Nick Harrison is the best dentist I have ever seen! I have had a long held fear of all dentists and I do still dread going, but I can honestly say that Nick is THE most gentle and thorough dentist ever. The practice is always clean and tidy and the receptionists are friendly and proficient. My only criticism is the winding stairs, which I find a bit of a str... Show more »

Nick Harrison is the best dentist I have ever seen! I have had a long held fear of all dentists and I do still dread going, but I can honestly say that Nick is THE most gentle and thorough dentist ever. The practice is always clean and tidy and the receptionists are friendly and proficient. My only criticism is the winding stairs, which I find a bit of a struggle. However I accept that it is an old building and his is to be expected. Show less »

Polite and welcoming reception staff that help you and are patient. Chloe, the dentist is a good listener and did everything she could to help me. She was efficient, polite, approachable and I am extremely happy with the services she provided. She has given me good advice and I feel that I am in good hands. I also saw Nick, and he too was welcoming, polite and helpful. He took the time to talk to me about what I wanted and was very efficient in sending me quotes and important information I needed.

An outstanding dental practice that I happily commute to and highly recommend. Show less »
