I am Rob, a local customer who trusted Sarah and her business in Horbury. I want to warn everyone about what really goes on here.

I paid £330 upfront for treatments, including what she called the “lemon bottle” remedy, which turned out to be a complete scam. She refused to provide any proof or photos showing the treatment worked because she knew it didn’t. Since then, she has refused to repay me or communicate honestly about the money she owes.

Sarah has also made people work for her without pay and uses manipulation to keep people quiet. Her business is built on broken promises, lies, and exploitation of vulnerable people.

I’ve reported her to Trading Standards and other authorities, and I will take legal action if she doesn’t repay the money owed immediately.
