I have been using Abbey Dental for a few years now and I can say that the service has improved a lot. The dentists (especially Racheal O.) go the extra mile to ensure they explain your treatments procedure before and after, making sure you are at ease during the session.

The admin/reception staff are courteous, professional and efficient.

Rachel took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel comfortable and informed,they answered all the questions I had . The treatment itself was painless, smooth, and far better than I ever expected. Their kindness and reassurance turned what I thought would be a stressful procedure into something completely manageable.

My experience here is not great. I had two tooth treatment in May 25. I soon started having serious pain in one of them. I rang to arrange emergency revisit but I was told my dentist was fully booked, then on she’s on holiday and then off sick. I didn’t get seen until this month of September 25. Even then it hasn’t been resolved. I was told after the treatme... Show more »

My experience here is not great. I had two tooth treatment in May 25. I soon started having serious pain in one of them. I rang to arrange emergency revisit but I was told my dentist was fully booked, then on she’s on holiday and then off sick.
I didn’t get seen until this month of September 25. Even then it hasn’t been resolved. I was told after the treatment that everything is okay now. I started having pain in the same tooth again since yesterday. Show less »
