I had a really positive experience with Abbey Dental. My crown fell out unexpectedly and they were able to see me the very next morning before I went to work, which I really appreciated.

The whole team were polite, friendly and very efficient. The dentist who treated me (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) was excellent and gave me clear and helpful advice about future treatment options.

I’m very grateful for how quickly they helped me and the professionalism shown throughout. I will definitely be using Abbey Dental again and would highly recommend them. Show less »

I had an excellent experience at Abbey Dental Practice Barking. I visited for a tooth extraction, and the staff were highly professional, skilled, and very supportive throughout the process. The procedure was carried out smoothly and with great care. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this dental practice.

The receptionist are always friendly both on the phone and face to face. I wouldn’t change my dentist, Maryam, unless I had no choice! And the dental assistant/nurse was so reassuring.

Been attending the dentist since they were located in North Road. Great service lovely staff both new and old. Always accommodating and willing to help. Even if they can’t always help they are willing to assist and provide alternative solutions. The office Manager is lovely, receptionists polite and friendly and of course my dentist is truly the best.

Went in for an emergency appointment strong NHS111. The appointment was at 15:40 and I was seen around 16:20. It was very rushed and no time to discuss or digest the information. A quick X-Ray and antibiotics prescribed and was told to take otc pain killers. Despite being in pain no other treatment or pain killers were discussed. The appointment lasted less... Show more »

I cannot praise Abbey Dental enough for the service I was provided. I had an infection in my gum which in the end meant I needed to have a tooth extracted. I have white coat syndrome and to say I am anxious visiting any surgery/hospital (let alone have anything done) is an understatement. Amina was so good, so professional, taking the time to explain my treatment and to reassure and attempt to calm me. I always feel bad and so stupid for being anxious but Amina was incredibly patient and made me calm enough to have the treatment and not run! Amina’s assistant was great too, even holding my hand …. yes I’m embarrassed but it helped and although I left one tooth down, I was so happy to have been able to face the fear and get it dealt with rather than avoid it and that’s thanks to Amina at Abbey Dental. Staff have been great and very accommodating given my personal circumstances. My dentist Amina is brilliant, really takes time to explain particular problem areas and best way forward. Very positive attitude and passionate about their job and genuinely wants to help. So far, great service all round.

Always been kind and friendly, puts you at ease if you are scared or worried. Since I have been at Abbey Dental the past three and a half years, all staff put you at ease, and offer a good service.

I had an emergency appointment there at 9:40 am yesterday, For the removal of 2 teeth. Had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment to be seen, in great pain with my teeth. They removed 2 of my teeth so all was good i assumed, but unfortunately i assumed incorrectly, as when i got home and checked in the mirror one of teeth removed was a healthy tooth and not the one that was causing all the pain. I phoned them to tell, eventually the receptionist understood what i was saying, and told me I'd get a call back in 10 minutes. Whilst i was waiting for the call back (that actually took 25 minutes) as my mouth was numb i actually with a little pain took the tooth out myself. So appalling service, and non existent after care, i am now considering legal action. Show less »

I cannot recommend Abbey Dental Barking enough! I was so nervous about getting a root canal, but Rachel, Riddhi, and Tatiana completely changed the experience for me. From start to finish, they were professional, patient, and incredibly caring

Rachel took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel comfortable and informed,they answered all the questions I had . The treatment itself was painless, smooth, and far better than I ever expected. Their kindness and reassurance turned what I thought would be a stressful procedure into something completely manageable.

Had an emergency appointment through 111.
Forms to complete were sent to complete. Was easy to get to and nice spacious. Was seen promptly. Dentist and dental nurse were lovely and I even got xrayed. Went away feeling reassured and gave me antibiotics prescription too. Thank you for lovely service.

My experience here is not great. I had two tooth treatment in May 25. I soon started having serious pain in one of them. I rang to arrange emergency revisit but I was told my dentist was fully booked, then on she’s on holiday and then off sick. I didn’t get seen until this month of September 25. Even then it hasn’t been resolved. I was told after the treatme... Show more »

I had a great experience at Abby Dental Practice. The staff (Dr Rachael and nurse Riddhi) were friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The dentist explained everything clearly and made the whole process comfortable. Highly recommend!
