Bridget Maasland carefully chooses cosmetic doctor
Many Dutch celebrities use cosmetic treatments, but unlike most, Bridget Maasland is open about it. In her podcast Bridget and Friends, she discusses her beauty routines with Justine Marcella (presenter) and Clarice Stenger (criminal law lawyer). Bridget explains that she occasionally visits a doctor to achieve a fresher, more approachable, and well-rested appearance, receiving treatments such as Botox and Restylane. She emphasises that she chooses a doctor who carefully observes and listens to her, ensuring results remain natural.

Neck treatment
Bridget also occasionally has her neck treated. She finds it bothersome when her neck develops wrinkles – “that turkey neck,” as she calls it. She receives targeted injections to maintain a smooth appearance.
One of the guests comments that it is unfortunate when facial expression is lost, but they quickly agree this is not the case for Bridget. She visits a doctor who examines her face and makes small, precise adjustments to create a refreshed look. As Bridget explains, “You shouldn’t want to be made young again.”
Holistic approach
There is a lighthearted joke about the term ‘holistic,’ but Bridget insists, “It really is.” She connects beauty with overall wellness, including nutrition, visits to a Freezelab cold chamber to stimulate collagen production, and consultations with her doctor for Botox and dermal fillers. Her only indulgence is coffee with RedBull Light in the morning.
At the end, when Justine is asked whether she would ever consider Botox or fillers, she replies, “If I ended up with a mouth like a shrivelled dog’s bottom, I really wouldn’t want that.”
