After a long period of pain and discomfort in my jaw, I had been diagnosed via X-ray with an abscess. It was determined that the offending tooth be removed.

The staff concerned treated me and my issues supportively and professionally, making very clear what planned procedures would be taken, what changed procedures might need to be involved depending on circumstances, and the assurance that pain monitoring was entirely in my hands, literally! A raised hand would be enough to stop.

The ambience was calming and reassuring. Any anxiety on my part was recognised as natural and expected. The professionalism, reassurance and understanding were enough to relax me.

As it happened the tooth was released quite quickly and easily. I was left with very little lasting tenderness.There was no need for pain relief pills 6 hours afterwards. I was able to eat normally within 24 hours, although trying to chew with the other side as much as possible for the time being.

Although not allowed to keep the tooth as a 'trophy', I have a very impressive photo, much to the delight of my grandchildren who are busy growing teeth for their futures. Show less »

I had detailed assessment and consultation, where she explained the treatment options and the healing process. I had patch test, then treatments and follow up appointment.

I had facial spider veins on my nose for about 1-2 years. There was a larger one that bothered me and after just one laser treatment it has disappeared within a week. Of course every case is different. Another spider vein needed two laser treatments.
I also had cherry angiomas on my breast for which I had freezing (cryosurgery). These were also cleared after few weeks.

The clinic also has a professional and elegant feel.
