A great experience. I'd never had any work done to my face and after a very thorough consultation with Wendy, I decided to have RF Microneedling. Natasha took me through the process, explaining everything to me and put me completely at ease. She was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional, but still very friendly. Balanced Aesthetics was extremely clean, with a modern theme and a wonderful cuppa!
