Absolutely Outstanding Experience with Solihull Medical Practice and Dr. Sagoo

I cannot recommend Solihull Medical Practice and Dr. Sagoo highly enough. After a terrible experience with another practitioner who claimed to be a specialist in acne treatment, I was left disappointed, distrustful, and still suffering from deep scars that severely impacted my mental health. I was at my wit’s end and desperately needed a professional who could genuinely help.

From my very first consultation at Solihull Medical Practice, I felt truly cared for. Dr. Sagoo listened attentively to my concerns, examined my skin thoroughly, and took the time to explain the best course of treatment tailored to my needs. His approach was professional, compassionate, and transparent—something I found lacking in my previous experience.

Dr. Sagoo recommended subcision to bring my scars to the surface, which proved to be incredibly effective. The procedure was carried out with utmost care—completely numbing the area beforehand, ensuring I felt no pain during the treatment. The aftercare instructions were clear and thorough, and I was kept informed throughout the process. The results were remarkable—my scars became much less visible, and I could see a significant improvement that I never thought possible.

What truly sets Dr. Sagoo apart is his honesty and integrity. He clearly explained what to expect, set realistic goals, and never promised overnight miracles. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for patient well-being made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my journey. The clinic’s environment was welcoming, clean, and well-organized—demonstrating their high standards of care.

Thanks to Dr. Sagoo's expertise, I now feel more confident and comfortable in my skin. The treatment has truly transformed my outlook and mental health. I am incredibly grateful for his skill and dedication.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and compassionate doctor for acne scars or any skin concerns, I wholeheartedly recommend Solihull Medical Practice and Dr. Sagoo. You will be in excellent hands.

After doing a lot of research, and speaking to people who had some pretty bad results I chose to book with Dr. Sagoo, and I’m so grateful I did.

Dr Sagoo is recognised as one of the Top 10 Cosmetic Doctors in the UK, and following my treatment I completely understand why.

The results speak volumes! A friend I hadn’t seen in over a year recently said, “I was looking at your photos on social media and you look amazing!”
I genuinely look and feel younger, but still completely look like myself. Furthermore the care, precision, and attention to detail throughout was outstanding.

The clinic itself was lovely, clean and professional. On arrival staff were warm and welcoming.

Dr. Sagoo did not rush and took time to explain the best treatment options for my concerns, making me feel comfortable and well informed.

I feel that the treatment I received was excellent value for money especially considering the quality of his work and the amazing results.

If you’re considering aesthetic treatments, I cannot recommend Dr. Sagoo highly enough. It’s given me a much needed confidence boost and I am hugely grateful. Show less »

I’ve been attending for my acne, scarring and skin texture/redness. A whole bunch of concerns, and I’ve kept my faith in this clinic. Over time it’s proved itself to me, and I couldn’t be happier with the amazing And knowledge team that works here too. Raf being so cool, Natalie and her many talents, Mikala always being there to answer whenever I needed and Dr Sagoo, just to round it all off. He’s a busy man but he’ll put you and your concerns first ! Amazing, thank you for your amazing work with me. Could not be happier and can’t wait to continue this journey and see where it ends. I can’t thank Dr Sagoo and his team enough,
For making me feel and look like myself again after all those years of suffering with rosacea.
I have tried almost every lotion, potion, and beauty treatment to help manage my condition with minimal improvement.
That was until I plucked up the courage to pick up the phone and get some real professional help.
I did have to wait a few weeks for an appointment, mind! Which was a bit frustrating as I wanted my skin sorted like yesterday.

Now, after meeting Dr Sagoo and his team, I understand why 👏👏👏.

There were a few treatment options available for my condition, and we decided together which route we would take (2D, medical skincare, and laser for my unsightly veins).
I had realistic expectations and knew my condition could not be cured but very well managed and maintained.
I am so happy with my results, and it’s all down to you and your team.
I look forward to seeing you all at Christmas for my maintenance.
Kindest regards,
Lynda Show less »
