Tracy listened to my concerns, and gave me advice, showing me the procedures, I obviously asked lots of questions, which Tracey answered until I was happy with the route I decided to taken. I felt Tracey reassurance made me feel confident and 100% in my treatment. I wasn’t forced into treatments, with truthful comments.
I’ve never looked back since my first visit! Tracey very concerned about her patience comfort and pain threshold, she is very professional and continues to ask if you are ok, her knowledge is outstanding and I felt completely at ease and safe.
