I had my keloid removal procedure done at the clinic in May .it was a pleasant experience , The staff were warm and professional Dr. Thuva and the assistant made me feel very comfortable and clearly explained the whole procedure. The clinic is spotless and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Very pleasantly surprised by the treatment received from Dr. Thuva. He explained everything thoroughly & gave me options. He has a lovely bed-side manner. The local anaesthetic for cherry angioma removal feels like a bee sting, but it is quick & then I felt nothing.

I really enjoy coming to Dr Thuva and getting my treatments. He is never pushy and always listens and gives his suggestions. I am happy with my results and I like the slowly but surely philosophy Dr Thuva drums into me. Most places would sell me everything and anything. I trust him completely. .

I had a wonderful Hydrafacial at Dr Derm Edgbaston. Louise was fantastic — very skilled, gentle, and attentive to my concerns and skin sensitivity. Dr Thuva gave me such a warm welcome, and the clinic had a very professional and calming environment. I’m really happy with my experience and would highly recommend Dr Derm to my colleagues, friends, and family!

I had my first ever appointment at a dermatology clinic with Dr. Thuva a few weeks back and I was so nervous as I had no idea what to expect. I went for some cyst injections as it was my wedding day in less than a week and I had some really stubborn ones that just wouldn't go away. I spoke with Dr Thuva via WhatsApp who did all he could to fit me in for an appointment even though they were pretty much fully booked. When I went to the clinic he was so calming and informative and I had the treatment there and then, I could see the results by the very next day and had perfect skin for my wedding. Even though I live in Sweden now, I would most definitely still travel down to Dr Derme for any treatments I needed! If only every dermatology clinic was this lovely and inviting, the gentleman on the front desk in Edgbaston was lovely also and so funny! And all the ladies I spoke to on the phone were so helpful.
