On August 27, I had a consultation with Dr. Steven Land. The consultation was on time with a very professional and friendly Dr. Land, who professionally explained my condition of droopy eyelids. He was very honest, stating that unfortunately, there was no point in performing the procedure on me due to the advanced state of my condition. Instead, he recommended Dr. Daniel Saleh, who is a specialist in blepharoplasty. What's more, after returning from the consultation, it turned out that I had received a £25 refund for the consultation from Novellus Aesthetics! Not only was the doctor's approach professional, but they also didn't expose the patient to unnecessary expenses! A heartfelt thank you and I highly recommend Dr. Steven Land. I visited Novellus for treatment to correct a sports injury to my nose. The team were so supportive and Dr Land talked me through the procedure in a comprehensive way, not rushing me through or giving me a 'hard sell', answering my questions - no matter how ridiculous they were. The most honest aesthetic Dr I have known for 7 years now and wow when it comes to honesty and patient care it’s at the forefront of his priority, he would give the right advice no matter what is the outcome. I have received so many treatments by dr Land over so many years and I was always happy with the results until I asked for a treatment he doesn’t offer at his clinic, still he has given me the right advice not to proceed with this especial treatment for it’s potential high risk and that’s why he doesn't offer it to his patients. I was stubborn enough to disregard his advice and went todo it elsewhere and that didn’t end well for me although I have investigated the other practitioner and they were one of the best in the field, but definitely not in comparison to the knowledge , experience and the most important the patient care dr Land’s offers. I’m now going back to take his advice to help me and what a fantastic human he is. I can’t thank him enough and I really appreciate his bedside manner and support he offers even though it’s not his responsibility. I recommend Dr Land to anyone who seeks a true advice and fantastic results that will not go wrong. Novellus is an aesthetic clinic where patients safety comes first. Show less »
