I saw Dr Karim regarding an implant. I saw different people as part of the appointment, everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. The practice itself is very clean and modern. I felt the care I received was thorough and caring and there was plenty of opportunities for me to ask questions. Ultimately Dr Karim referred me elsewhere as I was, unusually, not suitable. I was pleased and reassured with their honesty and care. They also didn’t just leave me to find someone else but referred me so promptly I had received a phone call by the time I was even home from my appointment. Thank you all at Cheadle Hulme dental. I was recommended to use this dental practice by my daughter who used them recently. The practice is very friendly and welcoming. I went in for implant consultation and also wanted some professional advice on one of my tooth. I met up with Hope first who talked me through the services and process and then met with Dr Karim for the assessment. The staff at the practice are polite and friendly. I feel well looked after, listened to and able to ask questions. The equipment/technology eg 3D scans used helps in precise assessment and I received a video of the consultation and recommendations. I felt that the services provided feels user-friendly and personal. With my agreement I was referred to a specialist for zygoma implants. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. I’ve spent 15 years in Manchester and I wish I had joined this practice earlier. I have always been a bit wary of dentist’s but I had nothing to worry about, the staff and Dr Karim were so kind and so professional. I am now disabled and would not hesitate in endorsing this practice, it’s easy to park , negotiate and use the toilet.
I have had an implant fitted: the procedure was fully explained, straight forward and I felt I had absolutely nothing to worry about.
If you are reading this review and hesitating , don’t, just get booked in and go, whether it’s for routine care or specific treatment, you will NOT regret it! Show less »

From my first visit & enquiring about implants, I felt Hope gave me a full explanation & was very helpful & she arranged a second visit when I met the Principal dentist Shi. Had a 3D scan & he explained everything in detail & after a price consultation with Hope, I decided to go ahead. The Receptionist put me at ease before the implant & I felt Shi & Katy, dental nurse worked as a great team & although it’s not the most comfortable procedure, it was soon over & all went smoothly. I was referred to Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics by my Dentist (NHS) for a Single Implant.

From the moment I received a phone call that they had my referral and arriving at the Practice which has very comfy sofas for a waiting area, plus drinks and two water bottle fridges! My initial appointment was very detailed by explaining all the various treatments available besides an Implant, together with cost and payment options.
Each member of staff was super friendly and caring about me and my planned treatment.

The next stage was to meet the dentist who would be treating me.
Shi is super friendly and reassured me that I was in safe hands.
I had a CT Scan that day to ensure my jaw/bone are was ok to accept the implant .. it was! (It had been explained on my initial appointment what happens should I need a bone graft)

Appointments were made for my implant surgery…which on the day Shi explained what he would be doing and what I must do to aid the healing. The implant surgery was a success and Shi and his team were very caring throughout the procedure.

I received a call the following day to see how I was feeling and constant re assurance to contact the surgery if I have any concerns.

Next appoint is to have my stitches removed.
Then in a couple of months I go back to my dentist to have my crown fitted.

I wish I could afford to have Cheadle Hulme Dental & Cosmetics as my regular dentist but unfortunately my income does not stretch that far.

From the initial phone call to my follow up call today and treatment in between, I most definitely recommend this Dental Practice. Show less »
