An easy 5 stars for this place. They very kindly called me to change the appointment I had booked with the doctor, to ensure I had a free consultation with nurse Sarah first. Upon arrival, the lady at reception was friendly and helpful. Sarah was really nice, she put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. She was unhurried, took her time, answered my quest...

An easy 5 stars for this place. They very kindly called me to change the appointment I had booked with the doctor, to ensure I had a free consultation with nurse Sarah first. Upon arrival, the lady at reception was friendly and helpful. Sarah was really nice, she put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. She was unhurried, took her time, answered my questions, and very professionally performed the medical procedure then and there, after giving me the choice. I was very happy with my visit there. Highly recommended - and it was recommended to me by a doctor at the Nuffield for the procedure.
