Hands down the best practitioner in the area! I’ve been going to Roxy for a few years now for my lips and laser hair removal, and wouldn’t trust anyone else. She has given me the most amazing cupids bow and always makes sure my lips look natural. I know a few people who have had to go to Roxy to dissolve their lips and fix what other practitioners have done... Show more »
