I wish I could visit Dr Rory and Lu every day (anyone who wishes to sponser me for this, get in touch!). It feels like visiting a caring and warm friend each time I visit and I appreciate their warmth coupled with the expert knowledge and credible guidance they give. I particularly love their holistic and honest approach to advising their patients on treatments and the fact they do everything possible to make a very nervous, pain hating patient (i.e. me!) feel as comfortable as possible throughout treatments. Dr Rory was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and answered all my many questions with patience and reassurance - it was by no means a sales pitch, he is honest and the process is entirely patient led.
I decided to book in for Botox and I am thrilled with my results. I was a little nervous beforehand but Dr Rory and Lou made me feel totally at ease, the procedure was painless as Dr Rory was so gentle. I will definitely be back for more Botox and other procedures. Both are very friendly, yet highly professional, I always feel as though I am in safe hands, which is important to me in this field.
