From the moment I started speaking with Dr Raquel I knew she was the best person to help me with my bridal skincare journey before my wedding, her knowledge and professionalism is second to none and this made me feel so confident to go forward with a treatment plan with her. My main concerns were my under eyes, they were dark and hollow and my jowl and neck area. The consultation was very thorough with a skin analysis and 3D images to help us to choose a plan. Dr Raquel has helped to completely transformed these concerns I had by using a combination of treatments to boost my natural collagen production giving me a natural glow, firmer appearance and all over better skin texture and appearance. I now feel confident in my skin and know how to care for my skin at home with a proper skincare routine because of the knowledge Raquel has given me about what it needs to stay healthy. She recommended a polynucleotide treatment, which ended up making a huge difference—not just in the texture of my skin, but in how healthy it looks and feels overall. She also gave me some great advice on nutrition and how to look after my skin from the inside out.

I felt instantly welcome in the serene, beautiful surroundings of Dr Raquel’s clinic. I was warmly greeted by Natalie, and felt reassured by Dr Raquel’s warm, approachable manner, knowledge and professionalism.

Dr Raquel thoroughly explained not only the treatments that would address my immediate concerns such as polynucleotides, skin boosters and dermal fillers, but also how I could improve the health of my skin myself, through my home skin care regimen, diet and supplements.

We proceeded with a treatment plan to improve my skin texture and laxity, and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed in Dr Raquel’s skilled hands, and actively looked forward to my next visits, and the resulting glow!

Having finished my plan several months on, I am delighted with the visible improvements in my skin tone and texture and the definition of my lower face, and take a renewed pleasure in my skincare routine.

I’d never really taken care of my skin before, so Dr Raquel recommended a series of treatments tailored to my concerns, age, lifestyle etc with all of the evidence and information I needed, as well as a new skincare regime that I can stick to. There was no pressure to try anything new, it was all presented for my own decision, at my own pace. After a few months, I can safely say my skin is the best it’s looked for a very long time - improved texture, no more spots and so much brighter and clearer. I’ve had so many compliments! It also helps that her whole team is great, Natalie especially goes above and beyond to make every visit a fabulous experience. My favourite treatments are NCTF and polynucleotides, but she also carries out other treatments for me, all with the same level of precision and care. My skin immediately glows with a beautiful glass skin look. She is incredibly precise and gentle, leaves no bruising, and enhances your natural features without ever overdoing treatments.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Raquel and honestly cannot recommend her and the clinic highly enough.
I initially booked a consultation for concerns around ageing skin and TMJ issues, having heard Botox in the jaw could help. I would quite happily have gone ahead and spent £400 on treatment, so what I received instead was incredibly refreshing and unexpected.
From the moment I walked into the clinic after a busy workday, I instantly felt calm. The clinic itself is beautiful, peaceful, serene, softly lit, with calming music and the loveliest aromatherapy scent throughout. Natalie was on reception and greeted me so warmly with genuine kindness and made me feel welcome immediately.
When I met Dr Raquel, she instantly put me at ease. She was caring, inquisitive, attentive and, most importantly, completely honest. After a very thorough assessment, she explained that Botox in my jaw was unlikely to give me the results I was hoping for and that she did not want me to waste my money. I appreciated that honesty so much.
Rather than simply recommending treatments, she took the time to explore everything that could be contributing to both my TMJ symptoms and ageing skin, including my sleep, stress levels, diet, skincare, overall health and lifestyle. I later received a personalised treatment plan, skincare recommendations, advice on supplements and ways to improve my wellbeing from the inside out. I also purchased the supplements and skincare she recommended and have genuinely found them really beneficial.
Over the years I’ve had injectable treatments with several practitioners, but I have never met someone who genuinely cares about their patients as much as Dr Raquel does. Her approach is incredibly holistic and thoughtful, and the results she achieved for me were great but natural, which was very important to me. She truly has an artistic eye for knowing exactly what is enough, not overdone or excessive, just subtle and refreshing enhancements.
I also loved learning more about the regenerative treatments she offers, such as polynucleotides, and I completed a course of treatments with her that I was so happy with. Every visit felt personal and welcoming, more like catching up with an old friend, as Dr Raquel is so warm, genuine and friendly.
Dr Raquel is clearly exceptionally knowledgeable and highly skilled, but what truly sets her apart is the level of care, integrity and passion she brings to every patient experience. I genuinely feel she went above and beyond for me, and I’m so grateful to have found this gem of a clinic.
Natalie, the clinic coordinator, also deserves a special mention. She is incredibly warm, professional and welcoming, and really adds to the whole experience from the moment you arrive. She always checked in with thoughtful WhatsApp messages after my treatments to see how I was feeling, which made the care feel so personal and genuine. Nothing ever felt too much trouble and she helped create such a calm, friendly and luxurious atmosphere throughout every visit.
If you are considering Skin and Medical Cosmetics for the first time, I would say you are in incredibly safe and caring hands. Dr Raquel genuinely wants the best for her patients and takes a thoughtful, honest and holistic approach rather than simply selling treatments. You never feel rushed or pressured and the results are beautifully natural. You are made to feel welcomed, cared for and valued from the moment you walk through the door.
