I recently had a lipoma removal performed by Dr. Prashant, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the very first consultation, he put me completely at ease with his calm, professional demeanor and clear explanations of the procedure.

What really stood out was his availability— I knew he was always there to answer any questions or concerns should they arise, which made a huge difference in my peace of mind throughout the process. I recently visited Reforme Medical for tear trough filler with Dr Prashant. He was excellent from start to finish. He explained the procedure and what I could expect at my consultation, and then on the day of the treatment he made me feel at ease and confident in my decision, after initially being extremely nervous. There was no real pain, just a strange sensation when injecting and due to the care and time he took, my bruising was also very minimal afterwards. I am over the moon with my results and will definitely be returning to Reforme Medical for any future injectables. The difference the filler has made to not just my under-eyes but my confidence is incredible and I just wish I had done it sooner. Thank you Dr Prashant! Show less »

My personal experience of the cosmetic and medical treatment received at Reform Medical was exceptional. Having had procedures both privately and with NHS, namely Spiers & The Vale I was a little anxious about visiting a clinic on the High Street.. but immediately, I was put at ease with the professionalism of all staff that I had interaction with from point of making an initial appointment to nursing staff at the clinic.. before attending in person I was sent across medical questionnaires that were easy to complete and left me feeling reassured that the Clinic was gathering key information in order to best set out a plan of treatment..
After my initial consultation with Mr Prashant any feelings of anxiety were alleviated by the knowledge and explanations of intended treatment and expected outcomes.
On the day of Surgery, I was escorted to the treatment room by the attending nurse and Informed of timeline of procedure. Mr Prashant was supported by another doctor and this only provided further reassurance of treatment.. wishing to understand the procedure, Mr Prashant provided step-by-step verbal commentary during the procedure.
Once the surgery was complete, after-care instructions were carefully and sensitively shared and also expected timeline of healing. It was repeatedly pointed out to me that it any point of any concern whilst Waiting for the healing process to complete, any questions or concern That I should not hesitate in contacting the Clinic. The availability of being able to send across a pic using WhatsApp was also valued. This meant that any anxiety or concern could be answered quickly and potentially save time and a visit to the Clinic.
Before leaving the clinic on day of treatment, a follow-up appointment was made In order to change any bandages and also check on healing..
In summary, the whole process for me was seamless with no need to queue up to see a surgeon and The attentiveness and professionalism of all staff in all aspects of the Clinic Allowed me to feel assured Of a positive cosmetic treatment.
