It really is the easiest thing to do, just sit down for 30 minute treatments, fully clothed but best to wear thinner trousers like leggings. Marion and Patricia were fantastic, knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful throughout.
The results were slow for me at first but as advised things continued to improve, even after the treatment had finished.
My ultimate test was jumping with skipping ropes which I had done pre treatment and which hadn’t gone well at all 😆
